- Boileen is provision and dumpling cook down with any meat of your choice. Provision can be banana, eddos, tania, sweet potatoes, dasheen, cassava, breadfruit, english potatoes.
How I seasoned my meat • How I Season My Chicken
I added my green seasoning I made to this turkey, a dash of tumeric, all spice, and paprika.
Dumpling
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (half cup by the size in case you need it)
3/4 cups of grated coconut
A dash of salt
4 green bananas
2 medium size sweet potatoes
1 carrots
7.5-8 cups of water

We in the Caribbean all cook the same just different names. This looks so good, back home in Dominica 🇩🇲 we call this a one pot or ah braff which is broth. Going to make some today but with Irish potatoes, chicken and plain flour dumplings.
