The likes of Nnewi has been literally birthed organically from an insignificant town status. Since you mentioned Enugu; essential government funding for much needed projects have been sadly lacking, in spite of the paltry allocation. The snail-paced development of the international airport attests to this.

The LGA chairmen should put some work to plan the cities because people will be building. The southeast has the highest individual driven development in the country but we need visionary people that know how to plan a city to take responsibilities to ensure each LGA has a properly planned city centre and other relevant institutions that will make the place thrive and be prosperous.

Again the Ohaneze should think about SE economics, leave the FG lack of presence alone, think about your own home grown economic models to reposition SE, think strategically forget criticism of FG and tribal politics and focus on a development think tank that's what you need.
