These Hammond Collection figures are incredible, especially Blue, the sculpt for the Velociraptor is amazing and better than the previous sculpt for the species! Awesome review!! I also can't wait to get the Hammond Collection Therizinosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Delta and the Pyroraptor when they release
I have to say they both look fantastic Owen turned Out great and blue looks amazing she’s such a huge improvement over the previous raptors from the Hammond collection
I agree the glass eyes do not look good on the small stuff, Carno and bigger yes, but not smaller. I like the Blue sculpt, but the knee articulation is pretty bad, was better on the old Raptor mold.
Not giving Owen his rifle and instead giving him the headcam that should have come with Blue is such an odd choice. It's not like they're avoiding giving characters guns considering Muldoon had his SPAS-12.
I apologize for being such a downer but after the baby T. rex I don’t understand why they’re not giving joints to both parts of the small theropods’ ankles. :/ And the new reveals of the HC delta and Pyroraptor are just another example of a missed opportunity in that department.
Agreed. The baby T Rex is such a tease to what they CAN do, but chose NOT to do. Same with their HC Concavenator with its wrist joints- while ignoring EVERYTHING else of that size of having the same 😭🦖
I firmly believe companies do this on purpose. They are more than capable of giving us a “perfect” figure. All these little updates make us constantly buy slightly upgraded figures over time.

Honestly, I'm even thinking about purchasing one soon. But this (wanna be) Velociraptor Blue ... No, just no ... The one from Amber Collection is a thousand times better, in every way, especially when it comes to colors. For me ad least.
Can you imagine how terrifying it would look if they put the glass eyes on the humans? 😂

Really wish they just dud a bit of metallic gold for the eyes on blue and left the glass eyes thing for larger dinos.
I greatly prefer the glass eyes, when they catch the light they feel alive. The painted ones never did for me.
The blue impressed me honestly! Not perfect but great nonetheless. The Giga and tickle chicken Im definitely more hyped for.

It all comes down to the funding that corporate wants to dish out. I feel sorry for the designers, because you just know they want to do better.
