Himalayan Sherpa Tomahawk Ribeye

This huge 3.25 pound Tomahawk Ribeye was no match for the Myron Mixon BARQ 2400 and the PK Grills Aaron Franklin edition grills for today's reverse sear project! I decided to fire up both grills for this cook! I slow smoked this beast of a steak in the BARQ and then did a final hot sear on the PK. The results were perfect. The Atlanta Grill Company Himalayan Sherpa seasoning blend did all the heavy lifting for putting the flavor on this slab of beef!
