      Yeah, its a suprise that it turned out to be the official lay out. I had seen other concepts with twisted spikes amd stuff. And I was like...what if I give TTD just a simple switch and spike. I am still happy with the fact that I was so close all this time!

    I think it would be more realistic with a small bunny hill in the swing launch like on pantheon and also a spiral spine

      That is what i hopped for as well, but there are sky photo's of 3 footers. For a spiral, they need 4 footers

    Why do I feel like Cedar Point listened to you? You were surprisingly close, just different color schemes. Aside from that everything is how it is. It doesn’t make it all the way up the top hat, but a straight spike.

    if Cedar Point were to add breaks at the peak it would be another lsm not a magnetic break, similar to what you find on velocicoaster, this prevents any trains from getting stuck on the top

  • @grymare5159
    @grymare5159 Год назад +1

    Maybe not the most exciting but definitely the most realistic concept I've seen so far. A lot of other people make it launch nearly to the top on the first launch which seems pretty unrealistic to me especially with LSMs which aren't as strong as other launch systems. Also the other two launches wouldn't pack much of a punch if it already reaches near maximal speed after the first launch.
    Still hoping for a bit more action with a bunny hill or something but wouldn't be suprised if this is the real layout.

    • @Casper.CoasterCreator

  • @adamr9639
    @adamr9639 Год назад +1

    I don't understand the "spike" concept with bi-directional track travel. This cuts down on the rider rate significantly. Why not a second taller vertical loop-back hill pushed by another launch zone after the original hill?

    • @Casper.CoasterCreator
      @Casper.CoasterCreator  Год назад

      I have looked into that, but that doenst fit with the new supporters on the footage from inside the park

  • @teddym2808
    @teddym2808 Год назад +2

    I reckon this is literally what it is going to be, and I personally love the idea of a swing launch this high, it will be thrilling. However, maybe I am greedy, but I would love a bunny hill in the launch and also one after the top hat just to finish it off perfectly. Too greedy? I don't know.

    • @Casper.CoasterCreator
      @Casper.CoasterCreator  Год назад +1

      During the launch, a low, intense airtime hill would be possible. After the tophat would be a bit to hard in terms of g-forces

    Already see to many problems with this concept where should i start lets start with track switch to be able to achieve height and speed you cant have ride roll over track division it will cause a safety issue for derailments 2md problem trains will never reach height of spike and depending on height and speed they have to have approximate 100ft length beyond what they would want for safety net not mention brakes to prevent going past a certain height not mention lsm would have to go 200 to 300 ft up spike in order to break the 500 ft barrier then wait time is the next issue no one wants to waste money just to ride one ride lets face it spikes are complete trash on rides this is already a failure in my book cant run more the one train and never experience full spike and to long of a wait to ride forget it

    • @Casper.CoasterCreator
      @Casper.CoasterCreator  Год назад +1

      Where should i start. First, use points, this was not easy to read. About the track itself. LSM can boost a coaster that much, its 3 times 1g, whats even less than blue fire and taron. The switch would be safe for sure, they will create a safe way for that. That spikes are bad is a opinion. I like spikes a lot. My fav is on star trek, operation enterprise.
