@@StayingLocal If take the cable car from lower to upper station. Then I have to leave my car in the lower station. I will not have any means to travel from Upper station to Mausoleum of Petar.

Thanks for the comment. I think the cable car remains closed in the winters. So yeah most probably these are closed in November.

Yes you can drive there from Kuk, it takes about 11mins approximately.

@arlefsuarez in that case either you can walk if you prefer a hike or you can book a cab from Kuk.
