Damn, Peter Cullen’s Optimus Prime voice is so iconic I can’t remember the first time I heard him 😅. And Frank Welker giving him the award? Now I’ve seen everything.
That's the thing, the characters they voice are enemies who hate each other, but voicing them has brought these 2 great men together as like best friends, it's awesome when I hear them both returning for a new project, because I know they will bring their A game, their freindship shines through the banter and battle we see Optimus and Megatron engage in, whether tryign to beat or kill each other, or simply having a conversation for whatever reason, the work off each other masterfully, especially in cases like Prime when given a good script. The cript determines WHAT they say to eahc other, but it's Frank and Peter's talent that makes even the worst dialouge between Optimus and Megatron so fun.
Wow!! You know about Transformers Debopriya!! In India we have a less Transformers fanbase comparatively. And yes, even I loved Megatron giving the award to Optimus. It is indeed an iconic moment.

Japanese is the 2nd main language for the franchise, heck the Japanese have enough of a differece in their original G1 media (That's the original Transformers toyline from the 80s), the difference is quite a bit, from having their own stories like Kissplayers (Look into it at your own peril, it's very adult focused) or changing the year that G1 season 3 take place to 20010 rather then 2006, and had it's own series instead of the English "The Rebirth" for Season 4, Japan had a "Headmasters" cartoon with the story details being so drastically different from "The Rebirth" that any English adaptation would need to change much of "The Headmasters" backstory.

I got to watch the ceremony live last night, and when they FINALLY got to Frank and Peter's speeches, I was grinning ear to ear the whole time. when I was a kid, police took me away from my parents due to how bad of parents they where. Peter Cullen was my father figure growing up. I can honestly say I love him. I learned to be a good person, to be strong, but soft and caring at the same time. He taught me the value of honor, respect, forgiveness and mercy. If it was not for Peter Cullen I can totally see I would have grown up bitter, angry, would have got into gangs and drugs. My biggest dream in life is to be able to meet him and tell him how thankful of him I am.

It's so awesoem seeing Frank and Peter together, their character Optimus Prime and Megatron have been enemies at some point in basically every Transformers series, but in some times they've also been friends and brothers, it's great to see the 2 guys who voice many of the versions of these 2 iconic rivals be almost like best friends. How could they not be? They've worked with each other for so many years at least ever since the 80s with the G1 cartoon, and many other roles, when you hire these 2 at the same time for whatever your project is you know they'll do their very best and work off each other so well. They both should have gotten this award if Frank doesn't have one already, Peter Cullen deserved out most out of any other actors. He's just such a kind and honest man, and it was amazing seeing him voice Optimus for so many years, or seeing how OTHERS did their best to try and fill his shoes as their own Optimus, you know whenever someone else would voice Optimus they'd try to capture at least some element of Peter's wise fatherly kind voice. He was the perfect choice, he can mae Optimus sound like a badass warrior, but at the same time soft spoken and fatherly, a reassuring strong presense for both his troops, and those weaker fleshies he protects.
Optimus Prime is my favorite Transformers of all time, from his bravery, his compassion, all lf which beautifully made through Peter Cullen's voice. It is so great to see him sp wondefully recognized for all the joy he's brought and all the good is done. He truly is Optimus Prime. Till all are one!

With how horrible Hasbro and Paramount have been treating him lately, with having 3 Transformers shows without him and not even fully wanting him in the Bumblebee movie, Cullen has definitely earned and deserved this award
Our hearts go out to him, I know in my community Peter Cullen has been a massive influence and inspired a lot of our people to grow and become hero’s in their own ways. The way I see it, only good men can ever truly be remembered as heroes and remembered no matter how much time passes. In our minds, Peter will definitely be cherished along with other hero’s like Bruce Lee.
