Hi Dan, thanks for the videos. I notice that you have changed the bonnet and grill on your van from when you started? Why was this, purely for looks? Was it easy to do? Certainly looks better. Cheers
Hiya, cheers :) yes it was purely for appearance as I preferred the look of the later model. Yep it was very easy to change, just those 2 parts required. Many thanks, Dan.

Hi mate just a quick one what were the symptoms you were getting for them to change the egr I have a rattling noise when revving the engine hard
Hiya, just to clarify it was the flap inside the EGR Cooler which was making all the noise apparently. Symptoms were a rattling/metally/grinding noise around 2500rpm.
Should have put some sealant and a screw in tank to stop leak
The sikaflex seems to be holding good for now but if it leaks again I will try as you suggest.

Hi Dan, wonder if you can help me! I have exactly this model of van and this exact thing happened to my EGR valve and turbo a few months ago... 800 miles later and it looks like it has happened again! :(

This 2.3 dCi is definitely one of the better engines in this category. But please list the comparable models Toyota has...
Toyota's don't make vans this size
Toyota doesn't exist in my country...
guess we shouldn't buy anything as nothing is made right anymore and I mean nothing!
