I’m an old-head gamer and you’re preaching to the choir when it comes to the effect WZ has had on the franchise. It’s flat out ruined it, there’s no getting around that. My favorite point in COD history was the misguided fanboy hope after Microsoft took over. As a tech professional who works exclusively with the MS ecosystem, they never make anything better. They squeeze the last drop of cash out of their acquisitions and then absorb them like a cancerous cell.

mw2019 was the first cod I brought since the golden days of Cod 4 to blops 2. mw2019 SBMM completely killed it for me and I wont purchase another again. I still like checking out the yearly negative reviews just for fun. Nothing ever changes lol. The level of manipulation in and out of the game to feed profits is disgusting, but it will never ever change. Always enough morons out there.

COD used to be a proper military sim and during the pandemic warzone was a welcome escape .They lost thier way bringing in anime ,raving light show its a complete cash grab now and the game absolutely sucks🤦♂️🍻

Cold War pretty much only succeeded because of Maxis and continuing a completed story that, while I wish had ended differently, ended in a poetic and satisfying way.
Right from the beginning Cold War worked on nostalgia by including Nacht in the first map lmao. And I say this as someone who became a hardcore zombies fan in 2021 or 2022 and attempted to go back to Cold War and it was just boring and uninteresting

@@adnsalazar2 it’s not that it just feels like it cod mobile everyone has their own play style and set up, since modern cods are restricted you don’t get diverse matches, cod mobile has almost every cod mixed in one so you never know what players you will get. i mostly play hard point public lobbies.

La.Noire had a seven-year development, then Treyarch spent 4 years on copy and paste Cold War? - I must laugh. Zombies are just ridiculous, looks as a multiplayer map. How F hard is it to make a World At War type of Nazi zombies. Will stick to playing Battlefield 2042.

One of two things is the case here. 1 - They didn't actually spend 4 years on this game or 2 - they're counting all the work done on the previous CODs and the work done to change a few things for Blops6. I wish people would stop giving this studio money.
I had some hopes for this one, but after what I've seen, this may be the first CoD I skip altogether. I won't even pick this up on a sale. MW3 is broken to hell, I don't need any more of this copy/paste crap. There are better games. Hell, Battlebit is better than CoD nowadays. It was a fun run, I got to play the glory days. 4, MW, MW2, MW3, BO, BO2, BO3, BO4, CW, Ghosts, AW, IW (severely underrated), new MW, MW2, MW3, and I skipped the world war ones.

I have played COD in it's varies versions and I have next to no will to play this game. This franchise is really for console players. Honest PC players have been handicapped one way or another (AIM assist for consoles) that makes playing with PC almost useless. I only wish some company comes along that can dethrone this game and is for PC players as well.
Aim assist? Aim assist doesn't bother me as a console player what bothers me is I'm FORCED to play with PC players that can download their so-called "aim assist" a.k.a CHEATERS

Black ops 6 will suck as for being excited about cod I haven't been for years though I will be playing it this year purely because it's meant to be on xbox game pass so if it comes free with that I'll give it a go no doubt it will be shit. Can see people getting it and moving swiftly on. Has anyone played the beta? Im 40 in 10 days. I got it from my daughter for my birthday mostly for zombies but ill put a few days over a year maybe into multiplayer. My ywatly gaming is ususlly like this... right now the first descendant, destiny 2, soon to be space marine 2, i play MW3/MWZ now and then more in fiest 4 month of release. Borderlands, god of war, cyberpunk quite alot of games but over past 2 month destiny 2 and first descendant the most.
I played the beta and my friend that plays the same games also played the beta. I love the movement system i find myself doing some nice movements and sliding backwards when i didnt think id use but i did, bo3 was a complete movement overhaul change in COD. I think BO6 movement is very good, i compare to BO3 because advanced warfare was terrible comapred to BO6. This is BO3 level but obviously no wall running etc but boots on ground i like it alot. The beta feels nice and easy. But the final game will crank up that type of SBMM . Which will make it worse ofcourse. My favourite cods was original MW3 and BO2. I enjoyed Bo3 pvp but loved zombies aswell, i didnt love infinite warfare but zombies was a guilty pleasure. Maybe it was a point in my life wherew work was shit and that game was an escape and spaceland was awesome to me. Cold war... multiplayer was good, i really snjoyed zombies and outbreak. Current MW3 is good game the SBMM IS NUTS. MWZ i enjoyed that slot at the start but that started to where off when the slowed down on contsnt. The final kission we got was super good though.
SBMM ruined multiplayer games mate. MP games should have ranked and casual. That’s it, no bullshit SBMM system in casual that’s what ranked is for.

I havent really played COD since the original MW3 back like 10 years ago. Game changed way too much. The spawn trapping, OP killstreak, Op weapons was what made COD fun. Get off from a long day of work. Come home and smoke lobbies. Everything revolves around money now and not fun. Games used to be fun. Most games are just cash grabs now.
Lol nah, as someone who partook in that spawn trapping and shit, it was fully degenerate behavior and we have a special place in hell for stealing everyones fun. I dropped 140 bombs on shipment, and I would feel dirty after.

Simon Cold War is my favorite cod of the last decade I’m looking forward to this as well I’m glad it’s basically Cold War 2 😂. Sbmm is the only thing that ruins treyarchs games, but the maps are all good and the gameplay is fast and arcadey like cod is supposed to be.

it was quite cringe, just saying buzzwords over and over...how many times did they say omnimovement??? 🤣 it's pretty shocking what they have after 4 years. i played the leaked mp and we were lead to believe it was some early build but it's just the beta with broken menus. like it plays like you'd expect if you played the last 5 games, it felt good, a little slower i thought and feels like cold war on the iw engine. but it's certainly nothing ground breaking. will just be another year of wz era cod with minor changes. at least we'll get a break from the goofy skins and have "limited" attachments for a little bit before they flood it with dumb shit all over.

The game looked awful, why add more movement when the servers can’t keep up with existing movement breaking cameras etc it removes awareness and results in spamming jump or the next equivalent to win fights you should lose? And then the matchmaking which shafts you every chance you get, sounds great. Not for me sorry I have joined all my online friends who won’t be buying this trash

Imagine being so critical of omnimovement because of the sweats, but if they try to remove those sweats from your game (sbmm) is also bad. I keep seeing this argument that makes no sense. Now. SBMM can do with a good improvement, but I don't think it's a horrible thing. The only reason "pro" youtubers want SBMM gone is to make "god" content for their RUclips channel. No worries if Joe that just came back from his shift at McDonalds wants to relax and play some matches, no, he needs to be in lobbies with sweats and just regret playing his game.

I don't think its that bad main thing I was looking for in zombies and multiplayer was that if I'm going to have fun and for me the answer to that is yes Liberty Falls was a eh not to my taste but I love the look and gameplay of Terminus and also love Dark Matters coming back I love that camo .
