Beginning Percussionists at Melbourne (FL) Municipal Auditorium, July 10, 2014

Every year, the Melbourne Municipal Band hosts a 4-week "camp," open to band musicians and aspiring band musicians from grade 6-11. Lots of us old-timers (over 25 years!) teach the students lessons for half the morning and then mentor the band rehearsal during the other half. On the evening of the final day we all put on a concert featuring the kids, at the Melbourne Municipal Auditorium. Proud to see Jay J.stepping up to learn percussion!
