Instead of using a piston, use a water bucket because it’s more efficient and faster and costs less to make. If you put it up the hill then the water will come down and you can just swim up the water
Hey guys another method is that if you dont need a specific villager you can bring a zombie villager to your base and cure it. (To cure, throw a potion of weakness at it, and then feed it a normal golden apple, and then keep it safe till it transforms).

If u have to go up a hill, whenever the boat gets stuck, just build up under ur feet by one block or two and the boat will somehow jump up the block
I just pushed the boat all the way to my house. Then I went to close some doors and dome baby zombie killed him and he became a zombie villager so I went to get some golden apples to heal him and came back to see my iron golem stuck inside the boat with him so my villager was attacking it while the golem couldnt attack it so I tried to feed it but it didnt work so I thought maybe it was because it was in the boat so I destroyed the boat and the golem instantly killed him. I've never been so argry with minecraft in my life. Update: Went back to try again and it took awhile but when I was so close to getting there, a hill was in front of us so I took him off the boat and pushed him towards the block and placed the boat on top of it to get him up there and it worked! At least for awhile until he fucking drowned. I officially give up.

I just tried in creative and discovered this magic trick in 1.15.2, when you want to transfer a villager from water to land: 1. Put down a rail line, however steep, with only regular rails, no powered rails whatsoever. 1.a. This line has to start at a corner on the shore so it can be accessed from the side, the other end has a block against it. 2. Place a cart on the shore end of the track. 3. Carry the villager with you on a boat and stop against the side of the cart. 4. Get out of the boat. The villager will be transferred WITH BOAT in the cart, and go up any hill at a speed as if it was fully powered. Once it reaches the end it just stops. If you forget that final block, it will roll off for a distance, like... back down the hill on the other side.
omg i had minecraft open while watching this and I just thought you had the minecraft music built into your video so when i stopped the video i was like, "why is the music still playing?", and then I was like, omg it was my minecraft the whole time. Or just wait for a zombie villager to spawn they follow you around for easy transportation then just convert them to a villager once they are where you want them with a weakness potion and a gold apple get 2 then start breeding
@Maccapaka Coding just do it as a side project if you find one spawn near your house bring him home and convert him takes a minute to do compared to shipping them 2000 block in a minecart from a village I had this problem cause all my near by villages where killed off
The easiest way would be to simply catch a zombie villager during the night and cure it. Do it right next to your base. No need to bring them from thousands of blocks away. And they are much more compliant while they are angry and green and will follow you on their own to where ever you want them to be.
NE7D 5% of all zombies spawn as zombie villagers, and there are so many zombies at night that you'll definitely find one. And fighting mobs trying to catch one is way more fun than placing all the rails or 'swimming' in a boat on land.
A quick way with the boat method is to bring a water bucket and push the boat along with water. You can also go up a block by putting water and driving the boat up it.
If you use the boat method bring an efficient shovel with you. Carve a single wide trench in front of the boat and it will trigger the "falling speed" of the boat. It's so fast you might have to turn down the control sensitivity.
I use a boat on the sea to go around (the village I'm moving villagers from is quite far) to a swamp, which I cut into and then go into a river that then stops. I use a bucket of water to create a stream from the top of a mountain to get up, then go down the other side. I then cut a 2x2 tunnel for the villagers, which then leads to my village.

I make water ways. The floor of each section is 5×8, enabling a 3× wide water slide to force the villager down. Intise a villager with beds or the village bell to get them up stairs to the top of the slide. I use the same build for my chicken factors.. that least straight into a 'furnace' (obsidian room) when I TNT them. It works wonders. Also use slabs and trap doors to divide chicks and villagers.
A good easy way to get multiple villagers is to craft several boats then put a bunch of water in the direction your going you need 1 lead for every 2 boats because if didn't already know you can use leads on a boat so you need to get 2 villagers in all the boats except one then put 1 villager in that boat then ride that boat with leads attached to all the boat except the one your riding in EDIT:@sceplecture yes
You dont need a piston for the first method , use a lead on the boat and pull them up like a bungie . Attach the lead to the boat and build up and jump, it will pull them up the hill .
Lovely Avo. I normally just put tracks through the village and put mine carts on the tracks the villagers just jump in the carts. Sometimes I have to bully a few into the carts.
Happened to me too. That is why I always secure a village before I make plans to carry the villagers away. Trap them inside blocks or place any block on their doors if they are in their homes until your rail project is ready.

Nice info vid 👍 One thing I have noticed with bedrock is that you can only transport a villager as far as the simulation distance 4,6 or 8 chunks (based on your settings) then the minecart will stop in its tracks until you get closer, sometimes you need to give it a shove to get the cart moving again. So the best way to transport your villager over very long distances in Bedrock is to follow them in a separate minecart. Also if you travel away from your villager and they are still in the minecart and you exceed the render distance and the chunk unloads you will loose both the villager and the minecart as they despawn (if the villager is not in the cart all is OK) . Same if you exit the game and they are still in a minecart, they sometimes despawn. HINT: always get your villagers out of the minecart. Even if you need to use a cactus 🌵 to help beak the cart on destination arrival. (if your not there to break the cart) - maybe you could show peeps how to use the cactus to break minecarts 😉 Hence why I have moved across to Java 😊 .. So many restrictions in the code for bedrock 😔 just to help with game performance.. So they say. I'm sure you don't have this problem in Java 😎 👍 🧙♂️ Thanks for sharing

A good easy way to get multiple villagers is to craft several boats then put a bunch of water in the direction your going you need 1 lead for every 2 boats because if didn't already know you can use leads on a boat so you need to get 2 villagers in all the boats except one then put 1 villager in that boat then ride that boat with leads attached to all the boat except the one your riding in
EDIT:@sceplecture yes
Noice
this thing with minecart helped me a lot thx
If your looking for a village a desert is the best biome to look because they are huge and it is easy to spot buildings on the flat land
You dont need a piston for the first method , use a lead on the boat and pull them up like a bungie . Attach the lead to the boat and build up and jump, it will pull them up the hill .
Dylan Carmine stole my comment
Broo you just saved me a lot of "pistoning up" time .
@@florin9243 Np bruh.
Could you reply fast? Okay. Why can't you just use the lead on the boat the whole time instead of riding in it?
@@Drewski777 yes you could just lead the whole time
Lovely Avo. I normally just put tracks through the village and put mine carts on the tracks the villagers just jump in the carts. Sometimes I have to bully a few into the carts.
you big Bully Michelle :)
@@Avomance lol taught by the best. We learned a lot of bad habits from u.
I made a track from my home to village atleast 1 km and when i went there what a surprise village was empty all villagers were dead because of raid😭😭
same my village is deserted the final villager has passed
Happened to me too. That is why I always secure a village before I make plans to carry the villagers away. Trap them inside blocks or place any block on their doors if they are in their homes until your rail project is ready.
Sanity restored after watching this! Thanks a million.
i just spent AN HOUR deporting my villager and then he just disappears
mine just died-
😂😂😂😂😂😂 haha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 lol
Thanks for sharing all the villager transport tips! I never thought about the piston/lever combo with the boat. Still learning SO much from you, thanks for sharing!!
:)
thx for the tip of how to get the villager into the minecart, now I just need a chunk loader for the nether...
I have an idea at night some zombie villagers spawn we will just cure two zombie villagers and then make a big room with two beds and then we can have many villagers I tried this in my world and it 100% legit worked
Edit: excuse me? Did my comment got highlighted ?
No it didn’t lmao
-_- wow!
Oooh ok
Maybe it was and now it's gone Cuz of u you
Edit: (did some grammar changes to make it easier for yall to understand)
Lemme explain: whenever your comment has been hearted or pinned don't edit it. Because the heart or pin will be automatically removed by youtyube.
if it wasn't then people may change their comment into saying something bad and show others that the ytber liked the comment for *+*+*+* blah blah
Spice Playz uhh ok
the villagers looking at you like 👁👄👁
this helped me get a villager that for some reason thought it would be good to follow two village idiots out in the middle of the woods and stuck down a hole. big thanks!
I went 2000 blocks to find a abandoned village oof
RIP
Epic video. Thanks for the help on transport a villager easily. I subbed and liked the video instantly because I love you content.
thanks Jacob
You can just use a water bucket instead of piston
I keep getting pushed back by the current whenever I try to row the boat with the villager. What am I doing wrong?
Nice info vid 👍
One thing I have noticed with bedrock is that you can only transport a villager as far as the simulation distance 4,6 or 8 chunks (based on your settings) then the minecart will stop in its tracks until you get closer, sometimes you need to give it a shove to get the cart moving again.
(if your not there to break the cart) - maybe you could show peeps how to use the cactus to break minecarts 😉
Hence why I have moved across to Java 😊 .. So many restrictions in the code for bedrock 😔 just to help with game performance.. So they say.
I'm sure you don't have this problem in Java 😎 👍 🧙♂️
Thanks for sharing
I wish bedrock would fix the disappearing minecart glitch.
Your not the only one 😔.. Fingers crossed one day 🤞 🙏
Bedrock has a few things to sort out
Use a waterbuck and keep grabbing it and placing it
Once again I do a random search and end up on an avomancer video... Thanks!
The village I found had all the villagers infected so I cured them and came to this video...the only problem is there village is around 8000 blocks away from my base lol so it's gonna be a long day
there should be tens of villages within like a thousand blocks of you
@@obviouslymatt6452 fair enough
Omg its work in survival thx dude
Wish they would just join when you have beds like they do in Terraria.
We did that mine cart transport with my buds and it was fun. It takes 3 night to make it to the destination 😀
Hey dude, I just made a video to transport villagers wayyyyyyyyy easier so maybe check it out
I will go check that out
