Reasons why subliminals might not work for people:

I figured it's time I shared my results. I'm a 17 Years old male, I started dabbling in subs when I was around 14-15 but I never really got into it until about 3 months ago. I started out around 172 cm or 5'8 and I hadn't grown in a while (1.5 years if I remember correctly). After 2 weeks of taking these subs seriously, I measured up to 174 cm. The dude ishan grew 4 inches in 23 days using this and visualizing so i tried it out as well, it works pretty well but i didn't listen as much as he did. IF you want faster results do this for longer, for e.g 1 hour visualizing while listening or even 2 hours.
If you play basketball you could imagine yourself dunking or grabbing rebounds over others. You could also imagine or visualize you standing next to someone who is at your desired height.
Also I'm 14, people may say "ahh nah u just going through puberty" no one grows half an inch in a day :)

Hi everyone! I listened to this 3 years ago. At the time i had been done growing for almost 6 years and was 17. I grew from 5”3 to 5”4 1/2 after being done growing. Im now about to turn 20 and im back! I expect to grow to 5”8 and since I’ve had results before from this i have no doubt.
