Aoyama’s parents didn’t say anything about people looking at them differently because their son didn’t have a quirk. Aoyama himself said he was scared of being different in the last episode so that’s why his parents did what they did and because they wanted him to be happy and follow his dream. They are not bad parents in that sense but they did make a mistake just like anyone would nobody is perfect

Well, we know what Deku was bullied for 10 years because he was quirkless. So for someone of higher status, I'd imagine the backlash would be worse in the parents eyes.
That's the neat thing, society did reject deku but he stayed to his beliefs. Most people in the show don't stay good and are labeled as a "villain"
