Nice instructional video. I've been a fan of what you have been doing for a few years now. Back in the Frog eyes or what ever it was. Sorry my memorie isn't as good as it used to be. Anyway what would be the best time of year to order starts? I haven't grown Wasabi but I do have a background in horticulture as that was my major in college. Thanks for doing these videos. 😁👍

Are the mini rhizomes edible? If so, how does it taste compared to the matured rhizome? I'm wondering if you can just harvest the offshoots if you don't want to use the entire large main plant.

when I ordered a pack of 10 rhizomes, they were all maybe the size of my thumb. None of the rhizomes I received were even close to size of what you are showing here.

Did you order "starts" or the edible root. Starts are tiny.
