For food : Le Striatelle Di Nonna, Il Kaimano, Luca e Andrea Cafe Bar, cioccolati italiani (best icecreams) and Ristorante Pizzeria The Kitchen For things to do : for sure the Duomo and it's nice to visit the inside, I also visited the castello Sforzesco (nice if you love painting and history), a lot of shopping on the corso buenos aires and that's it! Also if you have enough days, you need to spend the day in Como Lake because it's close and so beautiful ! :)
