great rig bro! I am thinking to upgrade my rig with this sytem next year. Is it Gt1 evo? Is it enough rigid, stiff for this? I am a little bit afraid of the noise and vibration beacuse I live in a flat...but it doesn't look so loud after your video.
They do simulate it still, just not the same as having the traction loss base as well. It's does a good enough job that I think I would add surge before adding traction loss.
How... how... HOW did you get your wiring so CLEAN?? I can't even see any wires! The area around my rig is a massive pile of wires and I have NO clue how to clean it up... :/
Awesome set up man! Quick question, any plans to buy a headset? I feel like the immersion would go to the next level if you get rid of the sound your rig is making. Although I could imagine a headset being pretty uncomfortable because of your VR goggles.
I have a turtle beach 800x elite, it does add to the immersion but i have a small dog and like to be able to hear what he’s doing, he doesn’t seem to come near me on the rig luckily. Plus it’s a lot quieter than it sounds, you don’t really notice it other than the harnesses making noise which just sounds like being in my track car.
you will have to come up with a diy solution that attachs to the bottom of the backend of the rig. you will most likely need a plate underneath the rig where the rig "skates" on for the traction loss. then you will need a software that is configurable in that regard. simtools would be possible. i dont know if simfeedback has traction loss (i dont use sfx100) and if you can assign it to a specific actuator. GL ;)
the setup is so clean
Really nice setup!!
Nice RiG setup..!!
Awesome 👏
You have to wait until baby is awake, I guess. 😉

Hi @ Lee , nice setup btw, I'm interested in building a rig like this, any links on where you got yours thanks?
Is it correct to say that these type of 3DOF motion sims do not convey loss of traction? Does that come solely from your steering wheel?

which drivers are you using? and how did u suppress the whining noise?
I had the black drivers, my speakers covered the noise that the drives made

@realtrisk look under his pedal deck. Where i hide mine when filming but only due to camera angle
Can you make a review of this set up?
Hi. What are the dimensions of frame on the bottom? Did You use profile 4080?
nice
What seat and model of Sim Lab rig is this? Thanks.

@@leewatterson fair enough, congrats on your set up. You did a pretty good job
Bro why do you keep pumping the brake that’s loosing you so much time. Your braking then you come off and brake again messing the weight transfer up
I have VR and I get bad motion sickness. Does the motion rig + VR help with motion sickness?
It's eliminate it all
Let your left foot hover the brake, not the clutch.
Gotta get that left foot braking going dude.
Shortly after this video was posted I did exactly that, I've changed pedal set and only use 2 pedals and 2 feet now 🤣
in-game camera shake is mad, must be Rfactor 2
nevermind, its AMS2
Mb because he is in VR on motion platform?
Donde puedo conseguir uno de esos
Nice rig bro, what's the name of the motors you're using?
Collin H Sfx-100x, diy project. Have a google. Works out around £1400 to make the actuators
Where to buy? please help me 😞😞❤️
Bonjour un lien des pieds que tu as sur le sfx100 stl ou acheter stp
hi,
can you share your rig dimensions please ?
Price? Where can i get one?
Senhsational V its diy, 1800-2000€ Buildcost for Motion
what games is it?
It´s Automobilista 2!
Could you please tell me how to add traction loss to this rig ( a fifth actuator and where to install)? Thank you!

sulliwan Thank you!
