We had a look around this one just before we left when it was on the market but it has since been sold for 9million baht.
Take a look and see if its a condo you would be buying in Pattaya.

9m thb for 240 sqm in that location is good but too overlooked by next door, id rather some privacy. I think 10m into a house in the current climate is smarter.
