On Day 21 of our South Korea food trip, my wife Ying and I packed up and took the train back to Seoul. It wasn’t the best food day in Korea and we almost ended up missing our flight, but luckily we made it and we arrived back in Bangkok for a delicious home cooked Thai meal.
I had wanted to have one last amazing Korean meal before leaving... but unfortunately that didn't work out.
For dinner, these are the Thai dishes I ate at home:
Gaeng som (แกงส้ม)
Khua kling (คั่วกลิ้ง)
Kai jeow (ไข่เจียว)
Lon pra ra (หลนปลาร้า)
Look ngiang (dogfruit ลูกเนียง)
It’s always good to be back home in Bangkok!

Who else watches these food vlogs when your hungry :)
I watch it while I eat lol
My favourite time to watch his videos is when I am cooking and eating by myself. 😊
When hungry and full, but mostly when I'm hungry.
jsdl de difficult Hy uz
I love these Vlogs. I wait for each one lol. all the way from Moerewa Northland New Zealand.
I admire how you're rushing around the stops but you still manage to catch an amazing video for us, ive totally enjoyed this film:)
Thank you for your support Jane.
Mark, you and Ying are always fabulous to watch. Love you guys. Keep filming and taking along you. Your mother-in-law is an amazing cook.I love it. Linda P.
Thank you Linda.
Mark, many thanks to you and your wife! I really enjoy these videos! It's like I was there with you. I look forward to the next one! Best Regards from Manchester, New Hampshire, USA!
Thank you David.
If you're using Korean air or Asiana you should be able to check-in and drop your baggage at Seoul station, even they do immigration there so you can jump the long line at ICN. The only thing you have to do is to buy the express train ticket first which is more expensive than the all stop train.
I like this episode - the airport late mishaps, the grocery food, etc.
Thanks!
What a series! Thanks for sharing.
Mark and Ying. .

It looks like you enjoyed that home-cooked meal more than any meal during your entire trip. :) I really enjoyed this series, Mark. Great job!
Thanks Revina, home cooked Thai food is my favorite thing in the world!
Hi Mark, as your back in Bangkok more street food vlogs please
Glad you made it to your flight. One hour wouldn't cut it at Hong Kong's airport, lol! I barely made a connecting flight there even with 1 1/2 hours between.
nice korean food series Mark....
Enjoyed every video.
The moment i saw the train, i remembered Train To Busan
it doesn't matter if your flight late noon or early morning the Q in Incheon airport is always long flying in or flying out it the same especially at the immigration. this is through my own experience so i always go to the airport super early when am flying off instead of 3 hours i go 4-5 hours early instead to avoid the super long Q. the Q at the immigration always eats up the most time at least an hour standing in Q to pass through.
Thanks for the tips June.
I have enjoyed watching all your videos in Korea.Where and when is your next destination?
Mumbai, videos coming now!
Yeah,looking forward.Thank you n your wife.

oh my girl the girl group was at the airport
i like you video :)
Is it kind of tough getting around if you dont speak Korean or do a lot of people speak English or Spanish there?
Not too many people speak English, but in Seoul especially you can get around with English, and most signs are in English, so it's no problem in Seoul.
those last hours before the flights when u think u will be able to do something else or reach airport on time an and at the end u run out of time and rush...i know the feeling!
Haha, happens to us all!
same here i experienced one time i travelled from manila to malaysia..i'm sweating that time.
Korea was a great series, Mark. We really enjoyed it. Welcome home. Get some sleep. And thank you.
Thank you Robert.

*I knew it, EYE KNEW IT LOL once you arrived home and mom laid out that spread of goodies you lit up like a Christmas tree, thanks Mark & Ying for a wonderful 20 days abroad, I'm awaiting your New York City Tour, God Bless!*
Haha, nothing beats mom's cooking! Thank you so much.
Mark Wiens Luv U 2 Mucho!
hahaha
I was thinking the same thing. He enjoyed some things in Korea, seemed to get attached to other things, but I knew the sweet factor of Korean food was going to have him smiling and cause possible neck strain when he got that Thai special flavor. Mama's home cooking, if you're lucky, is pure joy :) Can't wait to see what's lined up for the upcoming wide travel they did. Mark and Ying make me happy!!!
Cassandra DITTOS!
wherever you go, home cooked is better than every foods in the world.
I was getting a bit bored by Korean food,
but when I saw Bangkok in the title I knew this ought to be interesting..
Mark, are you travelling whole world trip in this series only or will there be any separate series this month?
Hey Swapnil, thank you. Mumbai will start now.
Mark Wiens cool,,
He got his foodgasm back with the Thai food. That's something that was missing in Korea.
ya I notice that too he seems like he doesn't really like Korean food too much.. his love is thai food and his married to one hehe
Jannah perkins Damn, you're hot.
krnpowr aww that's nice of you to say thank you 😊
Jannah perkins Never mind the foodgasm.. I'm damn thinking about an orgasm now. Are you half Asian?
He did it quite often in Korea but not every neal
I love Thai food... Every time you post a video of Thai food it makes me so hungry..
I watched the entire series and learned a lot. South Korea is a beautiful country and I am so impressed with their transportation systems. We need a rail in the US because it take forever to get anywhere! The food looked delicious and I am happy you and Ying had such a good time!
Thank you for the whole Seoul series, Mark! It was awesome as always, can't wait to meet you once in person! 👍😄
Thank you Pieter.
I love your wife💕 her smile is so lovely. She is my role-model. I wanna be like her
be careful what you wish for.. it's been years since they got married... no kids yet.
+Halaman Kayo dont be idiot
+Halaman Kayo Dude they are travelling a lot, maybe once they settle down they will have kids. Common sense bro
+Kyle Nathan well said bro
+Halaman Kayo its so disrespectful! Their personal life is non of your business
mark maybe a christian, but he is more like culinary buddhist guerilla vlogger living in the moment. kimchi namaste...
HAHAH omg I think I know the guy at 9:07 who's peeking into your camera
arrrrrrrr home Thai cooking the best !!! But, thank you mark I really enjoyed Korea with you, and the array of food that was on offer, it is defiantly on my to do list........look forward to your next destination , happy travel eating !!
Thank you very much Steve.

Taste good! Chicken legs!Lucky you made it on the flight! Almost death!
Restaurants > home cooked food
seoul to bangkok is a SHORT flight; so if you miss a flight, NO BIG DEAL. JUST TAKE THE NEXT AVAILABLE FLIGHT
Wow! My last trip was Seoul to Bangkok too!! So you didn't use a bed in Korea?
A wonderful series, thanks so much. What to see next.....you do such great work filming(if that is the correct term) your videos. Take care.
I was really impressed what you experienced in Korea. Foods that you ate was real Korean stuffs, not a modified version for
foreigners. Even I didn't experience all of them, yet. Hope it was a good memory for you.
Hi Mark!
I'm coming to Bangkok next month and besides the thai food, i want to try Indonesian food since I'm from Israel and therefore cannot travel to Indonesia
any recommendations?
thanks!
MARK, now I know how you keep in shape (all the backpacks!!) and I have to slave away at the gym!!!
are you live in Bangkok?
전라북도를 마스터 하고 가시군요ㅋㅋ 영상 재밌게 봤습니다!!
everyday you impress me, Mark ^_^ eating raw jengkol like you're eating chips :-P
im a korean and i never expected my country to sponsor a foreign youtuber while tons of old people and young kids are barely eating properly. im so disappointed to my fucked up country. if they wanted to sponsor someone they should have let him taste the food around the nation not just jeonju.
Mark, you live on the edge. Next time check in early please...you and Ying gave me heart palpitations! lol
