Sorry, but this seems like a very back-handed compliment. Pakistanis come in all colors, they're are many ethnic groups in Pakistan. Not all Pakistanis have naturally dark skin in fact most Pakistanis aren't dark skinned.

You obviously don't know much about Pakistan then. Burqa is mainly worn in KPK region, bordering Afghanistan. Majority of Pakistani women in the rest of Pakistan wear shalwar kameez, some younger generation wear western.
