It'd an expensive item without too much effect on your melee damage. You're basically paying 3k for an item that raises melee by 10% and gives you 50 extra hp in the late game
Does anyone know why he builds Mystic Reach on abrams? Im genuinely curious if theres any reason other than the increases life drain distance; charge distance and ult range. Does it affect melee in some way that im just unaware of?
I have been running this build since I read the patch. Waiting for someone to make a video about it. TBH I am kind of sad because now it’s going to get patched.
I dont think the build would get nerfed itself but the items yes, arcane surge would get nerfed. I like this spirit abrams buts is far of broken, syphon life take a lot of time and items to do significaly damage and only one decay can ruin your early game.
@@ProfKisuto if you look at the number in fights they aren't that impressive, the AOE is pretty big but on single target it's not doing that much, look at 29:42 his spirit snatch + cold front does 386 spirit damage and when warden dies the spirit damages amounts to 596, so he did 210 damage with siphon life. He sacrificed so much health going spirit items and the CD is so long on the ability that it's difficult to make it viable imo, especially if enemies don't group up much. Arcane surge on the charge is super strong though, the duration is insane
Hold punch during charge and it aways hits, except if they buy debuf reducer, than you have to buy an item that increases stun duration and it's 100% again (don't remember the name of the item)

@@thefriendlyfoe4488 ur unstoppable so it wouldnt stun u im even open to giving it back after 10 seconds but even in higher elo rn it wont get parried much unless its in a 1 v 1 situation the problem is currently theres no risk counter play and no real skill involved
I hope they revamp melee combat. Maybe burning stamina to parry instead of a cooldown? Getting parried burns stamina as well? Stuff like that so it's not so all or nothing. I just really don't like how getting parry baited is so punishing, yet parrying does not always let you punish someone the same way, especially really tanky characters.

I think this build is better on viscous. Take reach on puddle punch and proc the snatch on puddle punch. Then ball once u got the snatch buff

It replaces Melee Lifesteal so he's talking about the additional benefit vs not upgrading.
Too expensive also melee is exploitable, u buy a 3000 soul item that u can be parried with and die

you can charge the melee during the shoulder charge itself so 2 hold q while running with them then aim to hit whoever is getting slammed

how do u get off the punch pre lvl 2 charge? thought that its parryable but you always hit it before yamato got unstunned.
I think you have to melee while charging
Lvl 2 charge does not change the stun duration so it is irrelevant to whether you can melee or not afterwards. It changes the charge duration.

i think it should stun based on the damage the melee hit does. fat melee? fat stun. is this a good idea who knows
