No it won’t work there coz in 13 pro and above cinematic mode requires high efficiency setting to store, so it can’t be in compatible mode!

Alright the problem was that the video was recorded in 4k , which my laptop can’t support as its a low end

Hi,
I used to transfer videos by phone cable from iphone to PC , the video displayed on PC would be double the size on iphone (which is good and expected), the codec of the vid shows H.264 on PC and the quality is just good and natural.
Now when I transfer the very same video, from the same iphone to the very same PC (even to other PCs) via the same cable, the video file size is half, requires HEVC codec to play and when i downloaded hevc and played the video, visual quality is just bad ; bitrate is cut in half, fand file size is half than the previous copy that I had transferred many months ago.
Also, the good quality copy that shows H.264 on PC , now shows HEVC on the iphone
I only have this issue with videos now, not with pics. Inever had had it with videos before.
Would you happen to know where this might come from and how to remeditae?
(N.B: dropbox and icloud don't help as they export the file from phone as compressed;
converting codecs doesn't do anything neither;
And "keep originals" option doesn't matter at all)

the files that are backed up are not compatible to view on pc. They show the files in different format even without encryption backup.

I am not able to connect my iphone 13 with lightning cable. send me your cable brand and link. And also my iphone not showing in the itunes. I have also reset location settings and all but not showing. But genuine apple cable asking for trust this computer but other brand lighting cable not asking in windows. WHY?
