This is an official JP version of "Clara's Theme" from the Nutcracker Fantasy movie-the LP original soundtrack release technically does contain the JP version too, but only the first half before it transitions into an instrumental bit and finishes quickly.
The full version is exclusive to the 7-inch single release pictured in this video, coupled with "Love's Lost Child".
