While I didn’t know that my fuse case was defective and shorting my inline power, just like you had, my boat mechanic quoted me $300 to diagnose and fix the problem. After watching your video, I fixed the problem myself for $3. Thanks a bunch!!

I know this is three years old, but you just saved Memorial Day weekend for my family! The fuse had some corrosion on one end. Cleaned it up and everything came back to life!!! Thank you for posting this video!

My fuse is located directly under the switch. Ive only got 1 wire coming off the fuse terminal and there are no wires visible that couldve came loose or been cut. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
2 wires from horn to ground & switch, 1 wire from switch to fuse. I know there should be a 2nd wire from the fuse to make the circuit but not sure where to connect it to.

Thanks for watching, any update? Have you verified that the horn itself is not faulty?
We would check and verify that all electrical connection points are properly secured and not showing any signs of damage such as frayed wires, melted wires, rusted connection points…
We recommend also verifying that the wiring is properly grounded.

@@DIYwithMichaelBorders I was missing the power lead to the fuse. It was stolen to power the sound system. Not something I did, I inherited the boat.

Those front lights are not working perfectly. I saw the flickering. LED'S are bad about that especially the older types. How'd you fix that flickering?
