I’m mixed on his looks. Some suit the Hungarian version of death and some don’t, but I do actually like this version of Mate, maybe not more than the German version though haha
It was funny hearing Mate singing in Hungarian...yes I know it's his native language but I've heard him sing in German so much it's a brief "WTF?!" moment.
Mate looks sexier and wild here! He looks more like David Bowie here (to whom I know that that Bowie was the inspiration for the Der Tod in terms of appearance).
@GlompErik There's a German version of it floating around somewhere called "Kein Kommen ohne Gehn", which was released on some soundtrack or other. There's also a Japanese version called "Ai to Shi no Rondo". The Hungarian and Japanese versions of the musical are the only ones that use the song during the show.
@wye94 Ah, thankyou!^^ I think it sound to be a very sweet song, very cute^w^ Pshh, don't worry about english, i can understand you fine! at least you speak some english- I can't speak ANY hungarian!
What is the song that death sings from 5:26? I have never heard it before, and if you could tell me the name, I could track down the lyrics, and perhaps try and get a translation^^
Is it just me or does Mate look absolutely irresistible in this production?
Not just you. I've been looking all over just to find the full production just to see more of it!
@@evermore-1574 if you ever find pretty please drop a link, I'd love to see it too

The German production has recently added it officially to the show.
It’s called Rondo der schwarzer Prinz now
hát igen engem is meglep, hogy a kommentek 80% angol, német, de ebből is látszik, hogy Máté mennyire nemzetközi :)
ahh yes, rondo of love and death...
(I just translated the Hungarian title)
