Iron rattler has a wild history! From wood to iron with twists n wild turns, it’s never disappointed and to this day, it’s a top favorite for a lot of us!
Very good list, I just put boardwalk bullet above iron rattler from the insane night rides in the back. At night i enjoyed it more than steel vengeance somehow
My top 5 in Texas is: 1. Mr Freeze (Reverse Blast) 2. Iron Rattler 3. Texas Giant 4. Boardwalk Bullet 5. Shockwave (I just haven’t ridden every coaster at SFFT)
expect your list to completely change when you do ride every coaster at SFFT (also i think iron rattler not being 1 is one of the hottest takes ive seen)
Iron Shark is an EXTREMELY underrated Geurstlaur and I always see people talk about boardwalk bullet (which is great) but people often forget about this coaster and even though it is a little rough the layout over the water is absolutely wonderful
Here’s my list for my Top 15 in Texas: 15. Batman (SFOT) 14. Great White 13. Goliath (SFFT) 12. Runaway Mountain (so underrated imo) 11. Shockwave 10. Texas Stingray 9. New Texas Giant (so overrated imo) 8. Titan (criminally underrated and kicks MM Goliath’s a** by miles) 7. Steel Eel (not Steel Force good but a very solid ride still) 6. Switchback (Like it more than most people do, underrated ride) 5. Superman: Krypton Coaster (Best Floorless, dethroned Hydra when I rode it in February) 4. Mr. Freeze (Rode it backwards just weeks before it went back forwards) 3. Boardwalk Bullet 2. Wonder Woman: GLC 2. IRat!
My Top 15: 1. New Texas Giant 2. Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster 3. Iron Rattler 4. Boardwalk Bullet 5. Mr. Freeze 6. Batman The Ride SFOT 7. Goliath 8. Great White 9. Shock Wave 10. Steel Eel 11. Superman Krypton Coaster 12. Titan 13. Dr Diabolical's Cliffhanger 14. Texas Stingray 15. Poltergeist
I’m probably one of the few Texans who rode Steel Vengeance before Iron Rattler and Iron Rattler still completely blew me away. It’s my #4 coaster sandwiched in between Velocicoaster at #3 and Mako at #5 followed by Boardwalk Bullet at #6 which I think completely dominates both Outlaw Run and Mystic Timbers.
@@ZekeValdez122 Yeah, I wish it were a bit longer too…I think all the coasters at Fiesta Texas could be a bit longer. I wouldn’t argue with anyone that put Boardwalk Bullet at #1 and Iron Rattler at #2 for that reason. It’s razor close for me.
I rode Boardwalk Bullet for the first time this past weekend, and while I like it, I just don't think it matches the hype. Later in the day when it was picking up some serious speed it also began picking up some serious roughness. At first it seemed like something I could marathon all day, but after 7-8 laps I was done. I had planned to come back for some night rides but in the end I decided not to fight the traffic to get back out there. To me it's a.... Call it a 7.75/10. Better than 7.5 but not quite an 8. TLDR: I much preferred the front over the back. I don't even think I took a middle ride which now that I'm realizing it I regret.
Interesting you say that! We’re all entitled to our own opinions, of course. Personally, I found Boardwalk Bullet to be quite smooth for a wooden roller coaster. I rode the thing very recently as well.
@@CoasterDash it's an unpopular opinion for sure. It might be that I just plain don't love wooden coasters. Hopefully El Toro is open in late June when I had up to New Jersey, then I'll know for sure.
Hi i live in Texas so i get to enjoy all the rollercoaster here..I will say my favorite top 5 are as follows 5.Iron Rattler SFFT 4.Steel Eel Sea World S.A 3.Titan SFOT 2.Boardwalk Bullet Kemah Boardwalk **#1** Wonder Woman SFFT
Based on my visits to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld San Antonio in 2013, and Six Flags Over Texas in 2016, my favorite roller coaster in the state is New Texas Giant followed by Titan, Mr. Freeze: Reverse Blast, Superman: Krypton Coaster, Poltergeist, Road Runner Express, Shockwave, Goliath, Batman: The Ride, Great White, Steel Eel, Judge Roy Scream, Boomerang: Coast to Coaster, Runaway Mine Train, and Pandemonium. I don't know if I should include Journey To Atlantis or not.
Great list ! I would prob swap out freeze and Titan tho . Oh and btw. Don’t expecting anything outta COTA any time soon . Maybe 2025, maybe . I live near there . They haven’t started building any of the coasters yet . There are a few pieces of the infinity coaster lift hill out there , but they have been on site for the last 4 months with no construction being done . That property has always had issues building things . Even the racetrack itself was delayed a few years .
I don’t understand the hype about Superman Krypton coaster. Maybe I got a crappy ride as it had only opened for the day within the hour before I rode it. But both my wife and I were completely unimpressed. Felt slow and shakey. Only cool part was inversions which I can get on anything else for the most part. We thought Kraken at SeaWorld Orlando was a much better BM floorless.
Superman really isn’t that good, even if you ride it at night, I really only find it to be decent in the front row at any given time, most overrated coaster in Texas by a long shot.
The Board Walk Bullet is #1...Iron Rattler is number 2....The 1st drop alone is original on the Bullet & also..The imagined danger..20ft from the ocean and the entire structure shaking....Also..Ride it at night.. It's brutal..I've seen people faint several times on the Bullet -not on the Iron Rattler and I live within walking distance of Six Flags Fiesta Texas..Iron Rattler is a great ride but in terms of the thrill and imagined danger... The Bullet is number 1..Look at all of the videos..Hard to find a lot of people holding up their hands - Especially on the 1st drop!😬😬
@@sophiaque3n it's on Pleasure Pier on Galveston. Just like the Bullet, it's the only coaster in the park. Honestly, it's a one time ride per visit, nothing more

I’d love to get on Boardwalk Bullet. For now, I share your #1.
Fiesta Texas is my home park and I’m a bit biased but Iron Rattler is one of my favorite RMCs ever
I agree! It’s a terrific ride.
Hot take : Another Vekoma thrill coaster is announced in North America and opened before Circuit Breaker opens.
If it keeps getting delayed, I can see that!
Y'all both lil bitches don't talk down on my home park
You were right, Vidanta World just announced a major Vekoma thrill coaster, let's see if it opens soon with the park
@@parks.atelier Let’s go
You were right, Great Advunture announced Flash Vertical Velocity.
Poltergeist really is intense. That was the first ride that made me grey out
I love Texas! Sadly when I was there the only park I got to go to was Over Texas but it was an awesome day!
Fantastic park!
Very good list, I just put boardwalk bullet above iron rattler from the insane night rides in the back. At night i enjoyed it more than steel vengeance somehow
Nice rankings! This video put the state at number one on my bucketlist but I still definitely need to visit Pennsylvania and Virginia aswel
My home park is Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, but I've never been there before! I plan on going there someday, though
Great video! Nice seeing your new credit Boardwalk Bullet that high! I hope you get to 20 K subs soon!
Thanks Michael!

They're all on my bucket list since the only time I've been to Texas, there was no roller coaster riding. I need to plan a trip!!

Iron Shark made my top 15!
I like your number 1, Poltergeist is higher up for me. I rode Boardwalk Bullet a few times, I dont remember any part of it. lol

Six Flags Astroqorld in Houston had a lot. Too bad they closed it.
I can't wait to move to Texas next month so I'll be near coasters again. PNW sucks for any rides, let alone good ones.
Congrats on the move! As much as I love the PNW, the lineup is comically bad 😅
