Bro I have a Ryzen 3 3300x and 1660 ti with 16gbs of ram and I can run any game smoothly but then I play rust even with these settings I get 100+ but I get fps drops of 30 and my game stutters a lot

It’s your cpu your on the am4 if you can afford the 5800x3d go crazy if not get a ryzen 5 cpu or cap your frames to 60 to avoid stuttering

If youre ever upgrading your stuff, then get rx 6600 and r5 3600. This combo costs only 250 euro, and gives about 140 fps on rust and no fps drop (low settings of course). And you should get 32gb ram as well since games want more ram. 16gb aint enough anymore
