My theory is that, since because in chapter 3 the Hour of Joy, they had to eat the employees bc of no food and I think the toys. In the start, I think dogday had somehow survived and started to eat the remaining flesh of a dead toy which the sheep had already killed and all those toys that were dead was the sheep feeding off them to survive. Edit: I'm also thinking the name of the chapter. Like chapter 3 being "Deep sleep" and chapter 2 being "Fly in a web". I'm guessing that this one would be "Wolf in sheep's clothing" or "An Eye for an Eye" since it's resembling critters turning on each other for food or the sheep acting like a predator, despite its animal features resembling prey

Why won't anyone talk about when we see nightmare catnap for the first time? And also here's why the end when we "kill catnap" isn't real. So the red gas makes you fall asleep, right? So when we tried to put the battery in we fell asleep right? So when we "killed catnap" we didn't really kill catnap, because it was a dream right? So nightmare catnap only appears in dreams and not in real life. This also explains why catnap "returns" to his normal form when he kills you in the dream, because you wake up right when catnap kills you in real life. This is crazy. Why won't anyone talk about when we see nightmare catnap for the first time? And also here's why the end when we "kill catnap" isn't real. So the red gas makes you fall asleep, right? So when we tried to put the battery in we fell asleep right? So when we "killed catnap" we didn't really kill catnap, because it was a dream right? So nightmare catnap only appears in dreams and not in real life. This also explains why catnap "returns" to his normal form when he kills you in the dream, because you wake up right when catnap kills you in real life. This is crazy. This probably changes the start of chapter 4 than we thought it'd be by going up the elevator, lift, thing.
