Very good way to find out the value.

Well, we had other motives too. Might have wanted to look at all the other amazing cars while we were there. Also thinking about selling ours at Mecum Kissimmee this summer or next January. Best of all though, It was just some great father/son time!!!

@C3KPaddock that is truly awesome to just go out and hang out with family. And gives you idears for future projects also.

I liked the first Bronze/red low mileage car a lot. Fyi, the "dull" finish on the wheels is how they left the factory, a matt/silk anodised aluminium. 928's with polished shiny wheels have had that done at some point later in life. It seems a popular choice in the USA, less so in Europe.

Agreed, I that first car a lot too, which was weird because I'm not usually a red car fan.
We have been trying to decide if we want to powder coat our wheels black to go with the black and gold theme on our car. I think it would look good, but it also takes away from the originality.
      Thoughts?

    Great video 👍
It’s a shame to see all those nice cars parked in the mud.

It was hard to see in person for sure. You know owners detailed their cars only to see them drive through mud. I mean there were $100,000 cars literally sitting in mud puddles.

Good luck with the 928. I hope you’re able to break even or better after your 928 journey.

Thank you! I hope so too. I would definitely lose money if I had to pay a shop to do all the work.

Point of clarification: It’s a Front Bumper Spoiler” or “Front Spoiler”. A splitter is more horizontal in design and typically more aggressively designed to manage airflow without regard to practical considerations such as ground clearance.

Thank you for the clarification. I never really have known what exactly to call it. I hear both terms all the time and just started calling it a splitter so people didn't think I was talking about the spoiler on the back of the car.

Yes there has been a lot of overlap and duplicity between spoilers, wings, lips, air dams, etc. over time. As long as your audience knows what you’re referring to it’s all good. I just get a little irked when the word splitter is used incorrectly because that’s a specific aero device with unique attributes.
I’ve given up on anti-roll bars (the technically correct label) vs sway bars vs anti-sway bars vs roll bars, etc… 😆
