This is so true, I have 4 years now and I have learnt so much in so many ways but it is only now that I am putting it all together and realising that it's the planning, discipline and execution, which is the only thing which seperates the cream from the milk.

Sometimes you get bad advises, like that the 1mn TF is useless; so you spend years discarding it, and nothing works. Or, the multiplier of the CMF is flowed. Maybe, i can't make use of it anyway. ... I mean you can get bad technical advises, because not fitting in your style, personality, etc.
I love Margin Call and I watch clips from it on youtube quite frequently. I realized last night that it was your channel that posted the clips that I'd been watching so frequently. which is ironic given that I watch your channel so often. Love your channel and you have good taste in movies. bravo, sir. I hope you got millions tucked away.
Mark, you gave a statistic that possibly 20% of 30% traders become consistently profitable; and, that even the 70% who lose are to some large part gamblers and of course could be discounted from this statistic potentially. Can you make a video discussing this topic? Self efficacy in trading is required to be successful in this game and it helps that cause in traders to know that more than 1% to 10% have a viable shot.
This is where I am at right now as a trader. I have almost completed year 3 and in a down market have posting a 40+% return on capital YTD. No question, it is 100% about the process and it is all about high quality set-ups.

6 moths and havent moved abit, i have a 1k account and went up and down and now after 6 month im only 15% up but im about to give up tbh. I cant stick to any of my rules. The worst thing is when the market has momentum and speed i just watch and now that its range im just trading horsesh$t. Tbh sometimes i ask myself is this really gonna work…i wonder
This gambling industry is the worst you can choose to make money from. I've spent years and lost over one hundred thounds.If you want to sacrifice the same amount of money and dedication just do any other activity which can help the society like plumbing,electrician,cutting grass or painting walls and you will make money and build a real life social network of connections which is priceless!Brokers are called brokers because they are broke!
… but there are traders who are profitables out there, I think!. There trackrecords that justify this 🤷♂️… or not?. I don’t know. Maybe you are right 👋
@Weekly Chartist I didn't said I HATE the craft and industry,I shared my experience and gave my opinion from my perspective about alternative ways of making money. If I do hate something about trading are the millions of crooks and the advertising companies including youtube promoting them and the governments allowing it to happen.The right way to enter the industry in my opinion is by studying for a degree in finance then join a trading firm and gain experience,learn by trading other peoples money and get paid for it.
