Hello from Germany I tried to transfer my dives from the Mares Puck Pro + via Bluelink Pro to the SSI App. I did everything as you demonstrated in your great video. Bluelink Pro LED has turned green. Then the error message "Alert DC_NOT_READY!" Can you help me? Kind regards Derk Schulze
If it turns green, then you have a bad connection. Once connected it should blink with a blue light. Make sure the contacts are lined up, as sometimes they will slip and disconnect.

Thanks for your answer ... but ... I did it as told on your video (PC Ready is on) which is very well done ... Bluetooth transmitter starts blinking green and then tells "Alert" .... I think bluetooth sender is not OK, because when I try on a PC with "Subsurface" with bluetooth mode, the item is not found. I will try with an USB chord ... It's a new computer buyed for my spouse and there were her firsts dives with this computer. Nevetheless thanks for your help and sorry for my poor English (I'm French ;-) )
You're welcome. It is my understanding, that the Blue Link will only work on handheld devices such as smart phones and tablets. If you are trying to link to a desk top computer, I'm not certain it will work. One other thing it could be a software issue. In this case, you should be able to download new software for your computer from the Mares Website. Hopefully this will fix the issue.
Got the Puck Pro and Bluelink for Xmas. Tried connecting the bluelink using the Mares Bluelink app and the SSI app. It works fine on Samsung S7 but tried it with my Samsung S8 and the app does not pick it up. Tested it with 2 other Samsung S8 and same issue, App does not pick it up. The phone bluethooth does see the bluelink and able to connect to is as when you connect the light goes from blinking blue to blinking green. when you open the app and click refresh, it goes back to blinking blue and does not show the devise in the app. Anyone else having the same issue with Samsung S8 and the App? This seems to be an issue between the app and the particular model phone.

Mares Bluelink does not work with the Mares Genius. Can you pleased a video on how to download my dive logs to the Mares SSI app. I can't figure it out... Again Mares is NOT helpful and have a horrible tech office... Oh they have no tech at all. UGHHH! Extremely frustrated with MARES!

To the best of our knowledge it will only work with smart devices (Smart Phones, Tablets, I-Pads).

I can go into Bluetooth on my phone, hit pair device, it blinks green. Then when I get to my SSI app it stops blinking green instead blinks blue?

You are correct. Currently the Blue Link will only work with the SSI App. Hopefully that will be changing soon.

Make sure you put your dive computer into PC Ready mode. It should down load dives then.

Must you use only SSI app, or can you use another app like Idivediary?
