Kate Hudson presents the 2020 Valentine Davies Award to TV creator Brad Falchuk

TV creator-director-producer Brad Falchuk (The Politician, Glee, Pose) receives the Writers Guild of America West’s Valentine Davies Award from Golden Globe-winning and Academy Award-nominated actress Kate Hudson (Glee, Almost Famous).
One of the founding members of The Young Storytellers Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop literacy through the art of storytelling, Falchuk was honored in recognition of his positive impact on young writers to increase literacy and promote self-esteem through arts education in schools.
The WGAW’s Valentine Davies Award honors Guild members whose humanitarian efforts and service have brought dignity and honor to writers everywhere.
The 2020 Writers Guild Awards Los Angeles show was hosted by actress-comedian-singer Ana Gasteyer (Saturday Night Live) on February 1, 2020 at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.
The Writers Guild Awards honor outstanding writing in film, television, new media, videogames, news, radio, promotional, and graphic animation categories.
