Be careful with changing your region/country. It states in the Google terms that once you change your region you can't change it back for 1 year.
I changed my region 2 times and I can change them back immediately

Make sure to turn off location for App Store, otherwise changing the country will not work.

I have a TCL_T501C, Cricket Wireless, US Android, (I am in Canada, on "roaming" network,) I have 2 Google accounts, the country in "account 1" is set to United States, while the country of "account 2" is set to Canada, and I am not able to download the RBC (Canadian bank) mobile app or the Walmart Canada app on neither of my 2 accounts, after clearing the cache, (on account 1 it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version", and "This app isn't available", and on account 2 it says "Looking for RBC Mobile? This app won't work for your device"). What do I need to do to be able to download the app?

Two questions (I use Android):
1)what if you have a VPN,
can you install any app from any country?
2) what if you travel to the country it's available in can you download it there and still be able to use it in the country where it's not available when you return?
Reason I'm asking is because I have a grandfathered tv app that's not available in the US anymore and it's my absolute favorite thing and I'm already sweating the moment my phone breaks or I need a new one 🙁
you can probably download an APK of that app off the internet if your phone ever breaks.

Hi! Great information but my problem is that once I get to the App Store and click on the app it changes the “Alexa app” which is what I need to control my Alexa devices to Alexa Music. I left the App Store and tried Google store and had the exact same issue… any thoughts? Or, perhaps you can answer my question… I received a an Alexa “Dot” or maybe it’s called “Echo Dot”. I’m really not sure but whatever it’s called, I can’t seem to get it to connect to my Bluetooth on my iPhone. In fact, I can’t even find where to turn the Bluetooth on on the device. I’m guessing that it’s probably already on and it’s built into the product intentionally so you don’t have to mess with it… I mean that’s all a part of the whole thing…. So, any idea why my phone isn’t finding it? I brought the device and the phone together and still they didn’t connect! Frustrating! Thanks… and sorry for all the words…
