When this rain stop is another song she dedicates to the fans. Wendy is a great vocalist, she has the widest vocal range in all of kpop, it probably change since a lot of idols have debuted but that was the case when she debuted. She takes the lead in red velvet's vocals and by that I mean the member really values her opinion and advice when they record, Seulgi mentioned in the behind video of their recording that Wendy was like a vocal mentor to her when they were trainees. Wendy has a lot of training before she even joined SM, just thought of sharing that info~ she amazes me a lot

Just a few things to explain about "When This Rain Stops":
1. There are two versions of Wendy in this song. The one singing and the one listening.
2. Based on the lyrics, Wendy is singing to herself, thus two Wendy versions.
3. The "listening Wendy" came to a realization while listening to the meaning and message of the song and wrote in a notebook. (The notebook is then seen on the "Like Water" MV)
4. At the end of the MV, the title “When This Rain Stops” is changed to “Wendy’s Rain Stops” indicating that her suffering (from the accident) ends with this solo debut.
5. This song is mostly for herself.
Just to add:
In the sequence of the songs in order in the album, "When This Rain Stops" is the first track because that song is for herself and "Like Water" comes second which is for her fans (or ReVeLuvs) that waited for her. I LOVE WENDY SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!
