Danica and Hailey are good, but there are a lot of good DPS characters in this game. Triss is literally the only SSR healer available right now, and she has a very complete kit. (Aoe Heals, cleansing, boosts the attack of green characters - or all characters, at 5* - and even does some damage of her own with her ultimate, which can be clutch when the rest of your team is dead.) The only healer who comes even close is the SR Yunpei, and she is technically a buffer. If you look at the top tower teams, pretty much all of them include Triss. Usually in a mono green comp, with some combination of Anya, Shiro:assault mode, green Echo, and that whale exclusive gray DPS. (Which are absent from this tier list)
I believe Shiro is named White is the SEA servers, and this info is based on a SEA tier list. It does annoy me a little how many people are just repeating the info from thisnparticular list without even clarifying the criteria. (Is this list an average across all modes? Or only PvP or something? Does it assume a character is at max potential? Or zero dupes?... And so on.)
