- Hey there, folks! We are back again with one last prediction video due to popular demand. With the final episode of Amazon studio’s Lord of The Rings: Rings of Power Season 2 having finally aired there, our time together, too, has finally come to an end for now, at least. It has been a fun ride theory crafting and making predictions with all of you who have been following this series with us. We are proud to say that we have gotten most of our predictions correct, but all of it would have been for naught if there was no one to watch us do it, so thank you once again. In the season finale, once again, our streak continued.

Season 2 was a vast improvement over season 1. I almost didn’t watch season 2, but I’m glad I did. I especially liked all the tense scenes between Sauron and Celebrimbor. Admittedly, the wizard storyline was still a bit weak, but I enjoyed everything else.

If Adar was redeemed, he could actually go to the halls of Mandos and then return to Middle Earth.
Episode 8 was, imo the best so far, and while not being truly accurate, wrt The Lore, I found it a good watch. Charlie Vickers' performance of Sauron was a real highlight for me.
I really enjoy this show. It is just entertaining and fun to watch. Season 2 episodes 6,7, and 8 were some of the best of the series. His magical power is finally put on full display.
I genuinely enjoyed this elaboration of JRRT’s story…

I can't even take this seriously, you called Narsil the sword of elendil "anduril" which wouldn't be called that until the original blade narcissist is broken and remade by elrond and given to Aragorn way later after Elendil dies. Why call it anduril if it is clearly Narsil at this point in time

The same reason trekkies complained about new trek, or how purists complained about the SW prequel Trilogy and sequel Trilogy. They feel like as those with knowledge about the Lore their voices are the only ones that matter.

This season was alot better than the first and I bet season 3 will be even better giving how much improvement has been made and the story and action will DRAMATICALLY increase as we got most of the story out of the way, we will see even more sauron and ringrwaiths and a balrog and 2 CIVIL WARS one with the dewarves and another with the race of man . If this show keeps going it will eventually become maby not a masterpiece but a fricking good accessorie to tolkens work
I noticed that a lot of people have been using the word "woke" to describe not only this show, but many other shows and films they don't like. Woke is a good thing. Woke means being aware of racial injustice, sexism, and the denial of LGBT rights. We MUST make future generations aware of these things if we are to improve both ourselves and our society as a whole. If we don't, hatred and division will reign supreme indefinitely.

It wont change anything, because it does not recognize that these are parts of everyone of us.
Its like when we banned physical punishment of children, the anger did not go away. Nothing changed. Instead, parents now use mental abuse disguised as something helpful, that benefits the children. Its the exact same anger, just it took a different form.
What "woke" tries to do is the same, it says these things are bad so you need to stop doing that. But it does not change the origins of those feelings.
The issue is much larger, societal issue. And being woke does nothing to solve it, it just makes you feel good about yourself in a totally unjust world that produces hate and anger. And that hate and anger is perfectly legitimate. Its directed hierarchically towards groups seen as below you, because that is its origin. Its origins is exactly the hierarchical capitalist system, and that's what "woke" protects. Its what "woke" tries to whitewash. The poor stay poor and the rich stay rich, nothing changes with "woke".
This Show is a Disgrace to Tolkiens Work and I am glad when it is over
You do know that Tolkien constantly reworked and changed things in his writings he even reworked the Hobbit slightly in order for it to fit into the LOTRs books.

If that’s the case then the movies should count as the same right? No, you need to think of this like the MCU it’s made with inspiration from the source material. Just like the Game of Thrones series was as well for the challenges of making a show like this and trying to find a way to have many of these characters and events happen in a way to make a good entertaining series. I think they’ve done a better job with this season. If the 3rd 4th and 5th seasons can continue to be better then the previous season then that’s a success IMO. Also I think of the 2 trilogies which I’m hoping we can get a 3rd trilogy that’s more centered around Melkhor/Morgoth and his war with the Valar along with this series as the TCU (Tolkien Cinematic Universe). Then I’d like to see a smaller scale The Children of Hurin movie or show and a Beren & Luthien movie or series
