What if Ricoh mp402 is connected locally? i've downloaded the twain driver but it is only for network scanners with an ip. I've downloaded the "WIA" driver but it hasn't an installation file. What can i do in this case?

You mean Admin password to log in Ricoh devices? Name: Admin Password : (blank) if any one not change before. If not solved : Use name: Supervisor Password : (blank) to reset admin password
Connect Ethernet cable with PC to Ricoh device then input any type ip address in your pc then input same series ip in ricoh device then you can enter web image monitor from your pc, sorry for late😓
User name is : admin Password in : blank / 123/1234/admin, if password is incorrect then need to reset admin password by login supervisor To reset admin password : User name: supervisor Password: blank(no password) / 123/1234/admin If supervisor password is not Match then need to replace nvram.

MP C2050 is very old model.
At first update it's firmware.
Then try scan to folder.
How can i update de firmware? I have a mp c2051 and i am a single user, no professional

Yes all antivirus will block scan,
TCP & UDP
All incoming port need to enable in antivirus setting.
