Amber Heard took the stand once again Tuesday to continue facing the intense cross-examination about her relationship with her former husband, actor Johnny Depp.
On day two, Depp’s lawyer spent a large chunk of time trying to disprove Heard’s testimony, often comparing her previous testimonies.
A new audio clip was also presented in court featuring another argument between the couple. Amber was heard laughing, calls Depp a “sellout” and a “joke,” mocking his career. She also tells Depp to “suck my d-k” in the clip.
“Your jealousy is so tragic,” Depp said in the audio recording. He mocks Heard in return with a prolonged chant of “Aquaman!”
In closing their cross-examination, Depp’s lawyers asked Heard about a previous, much-discussed domestic violence charge against her.
In the legal battle between the two stars, both Heard, 36, and Depp, 58, claim to be victims of violence. The initial court case began when Depp filed a $50-million defamation lawsuit over a Washington Post op-ed penned by Heard in late 2018 about domestic abuse.
Heard did not mention Depp by name in the article, but the actor alleges his reputation and career were "devastated" as a result.

I'm glad that Johnny Depp's team wanted to televise this trial, it gave me a better understanding of how lawyers work and how a lier can lie in court.
As a survivor of DV, I can tell you right now I had pictures for every bruise, black eye and broken bone. I had to sneak to the hospital for help. The last time I was in the hospital they cops were called and he was arrested. I filed for a TRO and got it. I didn’t want him anywhere near me. Falling off the face of the earth was preferable. Her TRO was for show. Who files one and then goes to the abuser and asks for a hug if not to assert their perversion on him. Screw with his mind.
All she had were doctored photos, no medical records and telling people who happened. She really wasn’t afraid of him. If she was, there would be actual medical records and actual photos of all injuries and not doctored photos.
The only 2 things I applaud her for: her endurance and perseverance to seem to keep lying and changing testimonies (under oath).
Takes a lot of mental strength to stay in it till the end. Could feel johny snapping/getting agitated way easier when he was getting cross examined

My friend who doesn’t care much for this trial and is probably tired of me talking about lol… said “what is she supposed to do” as in what else besides lie… is she supposed to do… and I thought about it… even if she came clean right before cross examination and admitted everything was a lie… I think she would be far better off than she is now… and will be at the end of this. People forgive other people who are willing to accept responsibility. But the fact she has lied so many times… so unforgivably… so egregiously. I mean you’re right… she lies like no other person I’ve ever seen or heard of in my life. And that’s what’s going to make her kryptonite to Hollywood or even Omaha lol. She will be universally despised for a very long time. The first example never fairs well. And she is setting the bar so high… people in the future will say “well I didn’t lie as bad as amber heard” or maybe “hey at least it wasn’t amber Turd bad”… she’s so cringe. I often had to look away from my phone.

Not always! Some abusive relationships the hitting can be mutual and can come after tensions get high within arguments/yelling matches, with neither able to back down. Or the victim laughs at or embarrasses the abuser and gets hit. There are various personality types and behavioral dynamics within abusive relationships, and it isn't a cookie-cutter phenomenon. The main similarities they do all share is violence, dysfunction, and inability to leave or break the pattern.

Amber Heard has not an iota of self awareness. It is amazing that she can sit 15 ft. away from Johnny and tell all these lies straight to his face. Also, when Dr Curry so eloquently set out the 9 characteristics of BPHD (of which she demonstrates every one) and how deeply disturbed AH is, there was no reaction from her, no regret, no hurt, no concern, none. It was as if the doctor was talking about planting peas, carrots and broccoli in her garden.

Well she’s gone through so many depositions… a whole other trial in the UK… I think she doesn’t realize how badly her acting is coming across. Because she’s rehearsed these lies so many times… she’s told these lies so many times that in her reality… it may as well have happened. I’ve known a few people like this… not nearly as bad… you could show her video of her stealing something… and she would just say even though she walked out without paying for it… she was under the impression she could… or she thought someone else had already paid for it… or she was forced to steal and couldn’t speak about it at that time… no matter what… nothing… is ever her fault… and I get it… she thinks she has to lie… but had she come clean… years ago… I think she would’ve already been forgiven or forgotten about because people will give people who accept personal responsibility a second,third, fourth and so on chances. The biggest problem is that she's trying to ask a question that she's never going to be allowed to because they are trying to make it look like Hurd entered evidence of an ENT specialist when she didn't. They are trying to make it look like Depp's team is keeping her from presenting it but legally the judge would never allow that..if you've got evidence it has to be presented and judge Penny is really fair given that the picture's of her 'evidence' haven't even been confirmed by forensic metadata yet.

Believe it or not, they are aware of their actions and some circumstances can make that person want to change their behavior. It's not necessarily called taking a break from abuse that sounds dumb I know. But sometimes an abuser can try to accept help or therapy and the abuse with stop. Whether he therapy sticks or not that depends on the person.
The handwriting analysis lady freaked me out (in another video). She read the love note handwriting, she knew nothing about the case, didn't even know who Amber Heard is, and she described her PERFECTLY, down to details that I didn't even know.
She calls him a sellout for landing 21 jump street in his 20s? Being talented, and lucky enough to be discovered, is not selling out. A sell out is someone that ignores their own morals, beliefs, values, and abandons them for a paycheck. It's a complex concept for a sociopath to understand, when they have none of those themselves. That's easy for a woman that has managed to make a living on their appearance alone to say. Let's see how far she goes after the world has become enlightened to how toxic and manipulative her behavior is, and all she has to rely on is what little talent she actually has, as the hands of time ravage that pretty little face of hers. Her lawyer stopped that customs paperwork questioning dead in it's tracks. A real ah-ha moment! It certainly seems to confirm the validity of the ongoing investigation over that situation in Australia with her dogs not being declared & her perjury that followed. Her attorney most likely objected to any line of questioning pertaining to that entire fiasco on the grounds she could incriminate herself. I see no other reason to restrict that line of questioning, other than an ongoing federal investigation.
