I had one of these when I was 13. We went through lots of crashes together. But it's how I learned to ride.

This bike has a very special place with me it’s the first bike I ever worked on when I was 11 except the one I worked on was yellow, still remember putting the piston in it, and getting a set of points off of a old bike that we drove 2 hours away and gapping them with a matchbook, then the first start up after bout 10 kicks!!! Man what a day!!

Bought an identical one in 1975 in the UK and I loved it,when you started the engine the years rolled back to when I was seventeen! My dad loaned me the money (£340) at the time with the proviso that I paid him back within two years, loved the bike and loved the seventies bike styles.

That's funny because when I was seventeen I talked my mom into loaning me 625 dollars because the Yamaha shop had one like that on sale (mine was a 74 with different paint). I sacked groceries at the local store and paid it all back. Before that I had a 100 enduro but had worn it out. The 125 was a really good bike and I rode all around the area in Oklahoma on it. I eventually got into music and traded it for some musical equipment so that I could play in a local rock band. Those were the days, right?

Ken these are the type videos....one after the other which have helped narrow down what I'm REALLY looking for. Although a 125 is a bit small for it is no less beautiful.....Wow!! What a time capaule find !!!

Just watched your Yamaha Enduro video and boards that take me back a long ways had two of them in my life I had a little Yamaha 80 a yellow one just like the one you're showing their which I purchased what it was already several years old by then I purchased it from my oldest son who didn't want it turns out my son was afraid of motorcycles which was an awful thing for me coming from a guy that's been on motorcycles ever since he was 14 years old so I kept it myself and wrote it for a couple of years and then sold it and growing up in Paradise was a great place to be because there were so many trails up there and everyone I know just about at the time back in the early seventies had Yamaha Enduro is all the way up to the 250cc and I had one of those myself for a while and boy did I have a lot of fun on that bike that's what I love about your videos can they take me back to a time when life was so much simpler so much more fun and so much easier to figure out anyway thanks for the videos man love them good luck selling the Enduro.

I had a bike just like this. It might be mine. I owned one in 1984 in Arkansas. I swear it looks just like mine I had.

I had one when i was out from school. Im a safe rider. But speedy one. This bike exactly behaved the way i want. Reliable bike.
Why two plugs in the head? For precaution?

I often see them with just the 1 side mirror. Was this customary?

Although I haven’t started mine in almost 30 years and it has more miles and more patina it’s an original..
