Realistic skin color WITHOUT SKINTONE and NO MIXING?!?

    Great. You can paint realistic skin tone also if the head is made in translucent skin tone resin. I painted a lot of them even with using only wash.

      I've been wanting to try this. Do you have to mix the translucent resin with pigment and if so what do you use?

    I use that method and it works great for me but as you tested depends on the brand and how thin you go the rusults can be much different. Testing is part of the hobby. Great video!

      @@evolutionxstudios I start with a light base skin tone then I seal it and start with the washes. Seal between washes like you did Then I apply shadows and highlights.

    Skin is basically orange + white.

      Have you tried that? I would think orange and white wouldn’t work. But you have given me something else to try now 👍🏻

      @@evolutionxstudios Nope but that's basically what skintone is, i use a combination of Vallejo Pale Skin + a few drops of Rosy Flesh.
