As a Greek person who has played arknights since launch, Hypergryph has been edging us real hard with this one. We even have memes with my friends when one day we get regional voices and they hire Sakis Rouvas (popular pop singer and voice actor) 😂😂😂
What about Higashi? The only thing I can think of was the Monster Hunter Collab, but that was only a remote village within the region and not actually a city or capital. (plus the fact that it is a collab makes it hard for me to count it)
@@pbtugas9892 Plus, not even a single enemy are Higashi theme (even the map feels more Monster Hunter styled). If there’s someone who straight-up skips the story, there would be almost zero connection to Higashi within that event aside from the skins.
Monster Hunter collab was even better, because it was some desolate Ainu land, which is better than the usual urban bs. For me, Minos is the top priority. Japan is always in the spotlight. Greece is frequent too, but not as much as Japan. So yeah, screw it.
What we need is a filter in game to filter operators on where they are from. Pallas' talent to buff Minoan operators would be useful if I didn't need to visit the wiki to find out who the hell is from Minos.
Something tells me they might be setting up for something big. Considering Greece mythology the sky's the limit with what Arknights could do with it. They might actually do an olympic event.
The story we got there is the aquivalent of contingency contract lore, very minimal, unlike a normal side story event that shows actual story in the area, the only CG we have of Minos is just literally 1 picture, and it's not even ingame
There was also Heavyrain’s backstory which we got to see in a story event, I forget which one, but we get to see what happened to her after she fled the Sargon military and her interactions when she was taken into Pallas’ camp to recover.

not only is minos based far more on ancient than modern greece, we dont even see much of it :( as a half-greek i do wish we got more than just scraps here, and that almost everything based on greece wasnt based on the ancient times

There are like five operators from Minos and one of them is an April Fools character who has yet to do anything important. Maybe Sideroca or Erato can give us a tour, maybe we get an avent Age of Mythology style. We shall see what HG brings when they decide the country is relevant

Honestly I wouldn't really count that -_- we didn't learn anything about Higashi culture, political structure or like any stories related to whats happening there. It was a frikkin colab event, that was mostly about hunting ratalos and the originium mine. @@FrostByte262
