I have pre-ordered this figure, the suit and body are almost perfect, but I want a little correction to the face, then finally thanks to JND for producing this product
The most exquisite model work, with such richness in even the most minor details... Pretty steep price, but you get the most amazing product... And the likeness is astounding, like a miniature Gal Gadot molded from "clay" and awaiting Zeus to give her the breath of life... Formidable indeed...
Definitely. Could you imagine an Enter the Dragon Bruce Lee in that final fight scene. Sweat droplets, bleeding scars, ripped muscles, all in paint and silicone…the detail would be crazy. Along with a Colt Chuck Norris in the Way of the Dragon.
I think the hair needs to be brought down a bit, the cheeks look a bit chubby (like a baby face), and the lips are a tiny bit too full. Overall, great piece. About 85% likeness but hopefully those small changes are made to improve the sculpt.
@@Xentradi97 I think their golden armor sculpt was better. About a 96. Idk. For me, it’s like an 85. Still the best WW statue but I expected the Platinum brand name to have a sculpt as good or better than their WW84 sculpt.
Since I have pre-ordered it I'll say this, both the mouth and the hair need some work. The mouth is a bit too puffy and the shape is slightly off, the hair style is just too curly. It's not massive changes that are needed but it would improve likeness massively. Please consider.
I think the hair is easily straightened and can also be straightened over time. The lips I agree with. I think it's just too vibrantly painted and slightly too much paint around the edges. If they soften and dim that, then this is a home run. Congrats on ordering btw! It's definitely a stunning piece.
@@marcseymour4323 Even a 10 year old with 3 tiny statues is a real collector, do not confuse a passion with a vice, there are just collectors, not real ones from fake ones.
@@blakegt.7326 Then you are contradicting, because we ‘these so called collectors’ do in-fact collect 1/3 scaled statues, they are fantastic in almost every aspect. And according to you, these 1/3 scaled statues that are not being collected almost sell out immediately every time after pre-order opens ;)
I’m sorry, I truly wish I liked the work I’ve seen from JND but it’s just not as good as others. This is my personal opinion and not everyone’s view of course. WW’s lips, nose, and face is not there. $3,500 USD should be better
