I'm having issues with emphysema and heart failure - but I just can't seem to lose the weight I need to (306 - needing to lose at least 80 lbs) I'm not ready to subscribe yet - I have a mountain of channels that I've subscribed to already that I need to "trim the fat", so to speak. I e used then for 3 years. No problem. You can use metal utensils. Just remember to not use high heat.

So sorry to hear about the family health issues - I know what you're going through. I'm having issues with emphysema and heart failure - but I just can't seem to lose the weight I need to (306 - needing to lose at least 80 lbs)
