I had some therapy done on my calves a couple of years ago and used a red light. I was constantly reminded that I shouldn't open my eyes when they used the red light because it can harm the eyes and/or leave you blind I don't know if that's the case for your red light.

It’s very healthy to leave your baby every while, you don’t want mint to get super attached to the point where the baby can’t be without their mother and it can become a real issue
Not sure if it is proven that 'time away' from your baby teaches them.to not be 'super attached' to you...no doubt beneficial for your sanity though. It is proven having a secure and healthy attachment with your baby/toddler allows them to feel comfortable and safe that you will return when you leave. But seperation anxiety is a normal part of development but not something you can 'teach'them, every baby or toddler will go through stage/s where they will be upset and distressed when you leave them even if you do it often

Coming from a mama of three kiddos, even though it’s more work to pack and bring her along, you might enjoy your work more knowing she’s close by. So often we mamas try to talk ourselves into trying to be separated and it will be fine, and truthfully it will be- she would be fine. But if you don’t have to be separated, it’s absolutely okay and normal to want her with you. And you might enjoy your job more when you’re comfortable and not worried the whole time 😉 Just something to consider. 👍
Enjoy your family, don't think about some sick teachers, about crime and avocados.. Take care and eat healthy and care ab your closest one. I believe that one day I will be as happy as you. Its only.. time. I still love NL and all beautiful people outside and inside. Time in 67 was for me in some way terrible because it wasn't about me and my future what i can see clearly now. Some people are in life alone for real, i always was and I am and probably i will be but its so unusual that nobody never believed into it. Any car or any money can't replace happiness which you feel when you are truly loved but I think that you know about it. I will think about you warm and about all real angels. Not being able to eat together and always having to take turns eating, because the baby needs someone to look after him/her at all times. Sooooo real & true!😂
You made the right decision going to Ibiza by yourself. With your job, this will happen often, she'll be fine. My dad was a truck driver. Would mostly see him on weekends. I was so used to it, it wasn't a big deal having him gone. I turned out fine 😉 Kids adapt faster than you think
I understand that each country and each family has it's own ways about children, but as mother of 2 and waiting for grandchildren one day what saved my sanity was teach my children not to depend on me for going to sleep or entertain themselves. Of course I was blessed to be with them full time but I was cooking and they were in the soft crib ( I forgot the name) near me so they still saw me I was talking but I had my hand free to do other things. The same with any other things, cleaning, exercising, any my normal activities, my child was next to me but I was doing my things. even that small - Mint is not that small anymore. Dinner - we always ate together - my husband, my child/ children - the baby was in a high chair next to us, maybe ate before, according to their schedule, but I was eating my grown up dinner. Go by yourself for a shoot, you need your work to vary your life it is good for everybody because when the mother feels sacrificed for a situation gets angry and resentful. Don't overthink, you are blessed that you don't have to leave your child in daycare from the day one, your child will NOT remember, you have a wonderful partner that can handle the situation . Sorry to be so long and so preaching but I feel you tired so take a deep breath and let it go what the book or website says listen to your body and talk with your partner.
I wouldn't bring her overseas, just because of Covid and all the germs. Plus, she's a new baby and probably doesn't have a strong immune system yet. You should ask her doctor if it's safe for her to travel.
Video idea: do a video of your home town or places that are special to you both in the area!! Especially as someone from America I’m always so excited to see anything about other country’s local communities and culture!!

My parents have 6 kids and one think they always tell first time parents is “go on a vacation or trip as soon as possible because you will eventually have to anyway and getting babies used to traveling is a lot easier when they are less then a year old” I hope this helps
