In America we largely dont care much for scandals. Since most are hearsay, however getting a divorce in S.Korea is hard if both won't go to the courts. Which means they just separate and see other people. This happens alot, he'll my mother and stepfather have been married for decades, but only lived together for two. It's asinine that people knew 5his, yet still looked at them badly.
