L’A would have went on to become a mainstream artist and one of the biggest out of Chicago. He had talent, beyond the others. Not to hate, but I feel like a lot of people STILL haven’t touched some of L’A’s songs. Classics. Lil Durk, Herbo, etc. They’re all amazingly talented, sure, but L’A really made hits. He was different. Crazy, getting older, watching all these artists die over the years. Some of my favorite musicians. It’ll never stop, sadly. RIP

When you think about it, his life and talent were gaining respect after his death.
And if you ask me, I don't know exactly how his gang and fam felt about him but I can tell they knew he was better than them (not only musically but he had more charisma) and many had an inferiority complex.
I don't think he could've got too far away from the toxicity because he already was deeply involved in his gangbanging thing...
