My husband can't find a consistent job to provide his family. I had to step in and work in an office and continue to work at home of taking care of my family and therefore be a provider also. Isn't in Islam the husband should be the provider? Not all husbands feel of being responsible to be a provider to his family because of circumstances: laziness, lack of education etc. Insha Allah..Until today i have been "sabr" and support my husband n my kids.

Having a side chick is normal these days, even women have their own side man.... so basically them condemning polygamy means that they do not want to honour their side chick/man roles. They just want to be the ones to be used and have very little rights....Makes no sense....

This was created by men they said. NO! Impossible. Allah is truly the only and best judge of affairs and gives men and women their complete rights. They are scared of the Shariah because of a lack of knowledge, yet their countries and citizens are drowning in debt, drugs and desires. May Allah give them understanding.

When you read Desmond Morris' (a famous biologist) book on human sexes...he states beautifully... two of them I'm mentioning here .
1. The fact that when fat accumulates on the body... It accumulates on women evenly all over but for men it starts from belly..
The reason Desmond Morris gave was that because men are supposed to work and earn money... Fat on their limb will reduce their capability and render them useless. But women are not made for work therefore they don't need a muscular body...
2. Other thing he experimented among men and women was... That he showed different shades of red to them... While men were unable to differentiate accurately two different shades but women differentiated all of them... Say there were 7 shades of red of which men only differentiated 4 ..
That's why we know only pink and women know baby pink, granny pink, mommy's pink, green pink and what not...
Morris concluded that because women are biologically(naturally) associated with cooking they have better ability to identify the shades of vegetables and know when it is ready to be cooked.
So biologically Allah has made them to stay at home ...she has a right on her husband.. and it is wajib on the man to earn for the woman... Don't lose your rights sisters.. this is your actual right which you don't even think of...
