In this patch, there aren't any major system changes. Instead, we're seeing some champion tweaks-nerfs for the overperformers and buffs for the underdogs. The biggest focus seems to be on bug fixes, so it's worth taking a closer look at those.
Key Highlights:
Testing and Release Dates: Patch 14.11 is available for testing on PBE servers and will go live on May 30th.
New Game Mode: Introducing the Five-year Bash Pengu’s Party, available for testing on PBE and releasing fully in Patch 14.12.
Trait Adjustments:
Ghostly: Spectre bonus damage at breakpoint 8 increased from 32% to 36%.
Trickshot: Bounce damage at breakpoint 4 raised from 50% to 60%.
Champion Changes:
Darius: Minor damage nerf.
Garen: Mana increased by 10.
Kha'Zix: Slight damage buff.
Sivir: Minor attack speed buff to allies.
Yasuo, Aatrox, Gnar, Senna: Minor buffs.
