Hey! I was just wondering what I did wrong with the mount. I saved up 10,000 coins and went to Ezra to buy a horse crate box. When I unlocked the crate nothing happened except for it disappearing from my inventory. How am I supposed to access my mount?

You might be alot weaker compare to the mobs you are fighting. Fight mobs near your lvl. If you are lvl 15, you can fight lvl 15-17 mobs.
