Arlene Haynes I’d find and murder everyone who had anything to do with putting me away if I got 20 years for something I didn’t do they would all deserve death
I've never heard of a cop or DA admitting they had the wrong person no matter what the evidence later proved. They always claim the person was still connected in some way.
Why does it take at least 20 years to figure out someone is innocent of a crime....there should be an independent organization to investigate every case brought to the court system
Because DNA science is relatively new. We started on DNA samples in the 2000s and every case on this video the crimes started before DNA science was revealed.
Imagine just living your life peacefully, then having a person you love get murdered, and you get locked up your whole life for doing nothing, and you just get money in return... It's messed up
I know that on average a life sentence is 25 years and I am almost 21 years old, and since time flies by really fast, to someone 25 years is not actually that long
dont_fall_aw_ay Back logged not enough resources unfortunately I heard in Detroit there are thousands of untested rape kits or DNA that’s just one city imagine what everyone else says
Kitty The Goddess You can and I actually am legally blind. I don’t know what the exact definition is but from what I’ve heard it’s where someone sees at 20 feet what a normal person would be able to see at 200 feet. No blindness is not just seeing blackness, it’s seeing nothing at all, and people with glasses just have really blurry vision.
The justice department are flawed and twisted.... no amount of compensation can return back their freedom, time and life. Innocent people robbed of their life.... I hoped they were all properly compensated
That's so sad! Wrongful conviction? Damn it! And those convicts going back to a life of crime? They've probably been driven by hopelessness. Most no one would give an excon a chance to work a decent job! Anyway, great job, Landon! Excellent as always! Could you guys do like a Top 10 Most Amazing Mythos? Thanks!
A person, like the guy who served time for armed robbery and when released committed another armed robbery, cant survive on the outside. So, they commit a crime simply to get locked up again.
There are people who actually killed people & get a slap on the wrist.. then we have people who's lives are ruined, 20 years.. oh you're innocent.. you can go now. Sorry about that. WOW
I served 49 years and was paroled 6/5/2020. 45 of those years were served in a 5 level prison. I been out 13 months now and this is not my world. The one I left was far better.
Being legally blind doesn’t mean you “cant actually see anything”. It just means your visual acuity is 20/200 or worse without the possibility of correction. Being blind, on the other hand, now that would mean you “couldn’t actually see anything”.
In other words, if you see a homeless man lying lifeless on the street, do not approach him and call the police or you will be convicted of killing the man. Where is the justice?
Hey why the number 2 was released? only because one speak about he must have been release?? Really?? And where is the evidence that he is inocent or guilty? I am no sure man!! Waiting for answers please!!
I love u everyone else should do when I feel sad I come to watch you and for some r reason I feel great I love you for every thing you do 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘 I'm not asking for likes or subscribers all I am asking is to keep on going your really great Before After 😔 😄
You talked a lot about innocence being locked up for crimes they didn't commit, I hope many quarts in many cities in many states see all five of these videos so they can be aware of their surroundings and do the DNA scanning tests before actually giving the suspect the sentence after the time in jail is chosen
Number 9 made me picture this guy thinking: just got out of prison. What do I do now? Let's do something simular that got me in to prison but take a pistol with me. Like what is wrong with you?
For some of you who keep asking why it takes so long to be proven innocent its because in america if you are imprisoned and found not guilty the state has to pay you for each day served.
Actually thats not the reason whatsoever but yes thats true for some states. The main reason is that when a case is closed it gets ignored unless something suspicious happens and they're orders to re-open it or a lawyer reopens it to try to find something for a re-sentencing. I believe all these cases took so long for to be proven innocent is the lack of DNA technology and lack of effort and time aslong with a low budget.
I know this wasn't mentioned in this video but false accusations from women about rape should be prosecuted and get jail time for lying & keeping real victims from coming forward with true stories.
the guy who got falsely accused of child rape well his time is super hard as a lot of people in prison will try to kill you even gangbangers and murderers cant tolerate a child rapist
Police offer: "We got the wrong person, you're actually innocent."
Innocent person: "YOU DONT SAY!"
MsCelestia Marie yeah
Officer*
Arlene Haynes I’d find and murder everyone who had anything to do with putting me away if I got 20 years for something I didn’t do they would all deserve death
I've never heard of a cop or DA admitting they had the wrong person no matter what the evidence later proved. They always claim the person was still connected in some way.
Mr Killz I swear bro 💯💯
America:
Guilty until proven innocent.
In Georgia we voted for innocent until proven guilty
20 years later
Opposite of what it's supposed to be😠
lol so like every other country?
ali g Nah, here we actually apprehend and convict the true guilty parties.
Why does it take at least 20 years to figure out someone is innocent of a crime....there should be an independent organization to investigate every case brought to the court system
abreefly because DNA was not available back then. Then you have a backlog to get thru and a queue for a hearing.
abreefly yeahhhhh i also wanna pay out 90% of my paycheck. Good idea!
Dna dumbass
Money
Too many cases. Can’t go in depth on every case.
This makes me wander just how much of the prison population is really there under false accusations.
Yeah me too. Feel there is so much coruption around police, lawers and jugdes...
Why do police wait 20 year to take dna tests, instead of doing it before convicting a person
12345 67890 it was not available yet
DNA tests weren’t really available then
They're like lie detector tests, if you see a judge do this, they don't know how to do their jobs
Because DNA science is relatively new. We started on DNA samples in the 2000s and every case on this video the crimes started before DNA science was revealed.

The justice system in this country is a JOKE!
Imagine just living your life peacefully, then having a person you love get murdered, and you get locked up your whole life for doing nothing, and you just get money in return... It's messed up
#9 is a example of where to ask the question "What exactly are our correctional facilities correcting?"
This is how many people were innocent not outliving their sentence 🤷🏻♀️
Most of these people were 40 when they were released like how is ‘outlived’ in these cases impressive
They find cases to make a video so who cares and at least its interesting and entertaining so idc
I know that on average a life sentence is 25 years and I am almost 21 years old, and since time flies by really fast, to someone 25 years is not actually that long
What I don't understand, is that when someone is raped they don't do DNA tests on them🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Liv_dance Bly DNA testing didn't always exist.
Grizzly Country True, but I'm talking about the modern day rapes. Sometimes they don't really care about the case enough to do it.
Wouldn't the evidence be gone by the time they take a test?
dont_fall_aw_ay Back logged not enough resources unfortunately I heard in Detroit there are thousands of untested rape kits or DNA that’s just one city imagine what everyone else says
Uhhhh... they do....
My dad did 20 years may of 94. To 2014 may , put him on list too lol

It's very sad with these people wrongly convicted! Their time is priceless.
The fact that any of us could be wrongly convicted at any time is scary.

Hey love your videos I actually have a few questions for you most amazing
wow this was more sad than i expected... many more prisoners who are probably wrongly jailed for more than a decade still in prison im betting....
There are people who actually killed people & get a slap on the wrist.. then we have people who's lives are ruined, 20 years.. oh you're innocent.. you can go now. Sorry about that. WOW

The system isn't always perfect that's why I have massive respect to the programs that tackle and right such things.

I love this series thanks Landon
" i mean is this real life right now "
Hey guys I really love your guys videos I would love it if you guys would do a top ten facts about Vanoss gaming
It's scary how many innocent people get locked up. There are innocent people in jail right this very second.
prison life never apealed to me sad when people are in and out of prison they end up an old lag
Part 6 now
Who is that? A young Nick Nolte. Never knew he got an insane prison sentence!
Didn't know 20 years was an insane sentence
20 years in prison for being innocent, Is INSANE!
Hi
Aiden Hilger hi
The ones over turned from DNA is a slam dunk BUT the ones over turned from a technicality doesn't necessarily mean they are innocent...
"Is this real life right now?" Landon's Catchphrase
That chick who put away the mentally ill guy should be in jail for a very long time. Disgusting.
You should make one of S.P.M that would be crazy
2:45 why couldn't they have found this out sooner?
Didn't have the technology or money
In other words, if you see a homeless man lying lifeless on the street, do not approach him and call the police or you will be convicted of killing the man. Where is the justice?
Person: *convicted of doing a crime even tho he was legally blind*
Police: *stupid enough to not figure out he didn’t even see the crime 27 yrs later*
Why does it take 20-30 years to do further DNA testing instead of doing it before they put the suspect in jail?
Didn't have the technology or money
Hey why the number 2 was released? only because one speak about he must have been release?? Really?? And where is the evidence that he is inocent or guilty? I am no sure man!! Waiting for answers please!!

If I get falsely accused of a crime I didn’t commit I’m finding the jury and the judge and the Prosecutor
Who is here before 5000 views
I feel sad for the guy at #1 , 40 years for a crime he never committed that’s pretty insane, Dude never got to live and enjoy his life
Part 6
The commentator doesnt know what hes talking about. Some people become so use to prisoner they prefer to be there
Ah 2017 I really miss it :(
For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged.
Matthew 7:2
You talked a lot about innocence being locked up for crimes they didn't commit, I hope many quarts in many cities in many states see all five of these videos so they can be aware of their surroundings and do the DNA scanning tests before actually giving the suspect the sentence after the time in jail is chosen
I’m happy all these people made it out alive
Why does the pic for this video show an old picture of Nick Nolte? 😂😂
Who's here before 10k views
Some should never ever be released.
Number 9 made me picture this guy thinking: just got out of prison. What do I do now? Let's do something simular that got me in to prison but take a pistol with me. Like what is wrong with you?
Y’all should do a top 10 of Brooklyn
Jessica, you are crazy cute !!
Very very pretty
I outlived the death sentence

Who's here before 1,000?
I don’t see a link to part 1-4
Hey Landon. I'm Landon. And I like watching your videos. Good job landon
I know this wasn't mentioned in this video but false accusations from women about rape should be prosecuted and get jail time for lying & keeping real victims from coming forward with true stories.
It’s funny how a women can say a guy raped her with out evidence and he could get up to like 20-40 yrs and ruined his life
ON THE STREETS AND ON THE KILL STILL!!!☹️
Bruh if I was in there for that long and I knew I was Innocent. I'd ask for a lot of money so I can live my life in peace.
the guy who got falsely accused of child rape well his time is super hard as a lot of people in prison will try to kill you even gangbangers and murderers cant tolerate a child rapist
80 years for rape is ridiculous when some murders get 20 years
People who rape get killed or seriously injured in prison.... they won't outlive their sentences
Detectives have this mindset that this is the guy and make innocent people confess. They can lie to you about evidence etc.
My uncle did 25 years innocent , state withheld evidence proving him not guilty
What is this movie called: 👤👤👤👤👤👤👤👤👤 (count to figure this out)
Ken Thompson, you'll go down in history
I just came to see the before and after pictures
1:59 Umm .....You dont know and have never met anyone who put a real bid in , right??? You are sadly informed of your fail...Good day fine sir...
