We filipinos are used to seeing all catholics around us. Being a dominant religion in a place has its perks and its something that should not be taken for granted
The Catholic Church preserved, compiled, translated, chose the books to include and declared the Bible canon in 382 under Pope Damasus at the Council of Rome. Jesus didn’t leave us a Bible but He did leave us a church (Matthew 16:18). ”Wherever the bishop shall appear, there, let the multitude of the people also be; even as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the *Catholic Church.* “ (Letter to the Smyrnaeans, Chapter 8) -St. Ignatius of Antioch, 107 AD
I appreciate this great news report about this significant gathering. It's encouraging and heartening to see young people gathering to reenergize themselves in faith.
I really want to visit Salt Lake City as a Catholic to see what I can learn from the LDS Church there. Of course, we got some significant theological differences, but I love having dialogue with people from other traditions.
I am Presbyterian & likely would not go to a Catholic conference, though I was Catholic in my teens. I do not expect non Catholics to go to a Catholic conference, but if you do, enjoy yourselves.
@@MatthewSmith-db1ig one of the things that people may gloss over about us Catholics is that the bible tells there are good in other religions , but most people nowadays do not read that part anymore.
@@mmouseav8r402 I was not lead "astray". You seem to be confused. I do not believe in some things that the Catholic church dies, such as not allowing women to become priests, which I still think they do allow. Times have changed. The world has at least in parts evolved.
God bless the Catholic church and congregations throughout the US and Americas.
Not just in the Americas, but throughout the whole Western world.
Amen
Jesus is Lord and Christ is King! God bless the Catholic Church!
VIVA CRISTO REY 👑

Praying for all those attending 🙏❤️
Pray for us mama Mary 🙏❤
I went to this when I was in college in 2015! It changed my life as a young Catholic. 😊

@@G-MIP justo acabo de leer las epistolas que escribió antes de morir. Hace casi 2000 años y sigue siendo relevante.
Went to Seek15 Nashville and Seek17 San Antonio. I can't express how exciting it is to finally attend Seek in my home state 😁
I was at SEEK 2015!!! It’s an amazing memory, and it was so helpful as someone who was new to being intentional about my faith!

FOR THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. 🎉🎉🎉
Not a Catholic but 100% behind this. In this instance it's kind of a theological "the enemy of my enemy is my friend".
I see Utah I think Mormons!
Miraculous Medal is cool, also given 1830
This is hilarious I’d love to see how the Mormons react. 😂
